Lesson 98 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 was and still is, God's Original Intent for His family, when He created this earth and everything on it.  After creating the earth and the heavens, the scripture tells us that God "saw that it was very good and He approved it."  Once God created the heavens and earth, He created man and set that man in the Garden.  God told Adam, "I have given you authority and dominion over this earth and over everything in it."
There wasn't sickness, the Curse, wild beasts to fear, or lack in the Garden, God created for His family.  God gave His family total provision, good health, long and eternal life, as well as authority and dominion over the earth and everything on it.  There was no force on earth, that was out of the authority of God's children.  Adam was to speak what he needed or wanted, in order to replenish the earth, just like the Father did when creating everything.  Things didn't go wrong, until Adam went against the Father's directive to, "Do no eat from this Tree" and turned his inheritance over to the enemy.
Whether or not we understand it today, we still have authority in our words and in this earth.  Whether we speak good words or bad words, they still hold authority in this earth today.  If you're born-again, then you have authority in heaven as well.  When we speak words of death, sickness, defeat, and futility, then we've given license to satan to begin bringing them to pass, as faith filled words.  We sometimes have more faith in words of the world, rather than the Kingdom.
When we speak words of defeat and sickness, we've loosed our authority as men/women, to bring to pass "whatsoever he says," according to Mark 11:23.  We mostly think this means prayer and things we want, but Jesus didn't say, "Only what you want, but what you believe."  Jesus teaches further about prayer, saying, "Believe in this that you want and you shall have it."
God isn't the only one who hears what you say.  The enemy listens very closely to our words, because they're his license to move in our lives.  Satan has no ability, unless we empower him, by our words.  God gave the authority to man, not to satan.  Satan only has the authority we give him, with the idle words we speak.  We need to put a filter between our mouths and our brains and think before we speak.  We need to learn how to keep our mouths in line with God's Word and think before we loose authority in the earth and in our lives.
We mostly have more faith in the things of the earth, than we do the things of God.  We've been trained for centuries, to speak like the world has taught us to speak.  We confess that, "This never works for me," "I will probably catch this sickness," "I don't think I'll ever get out of this mess," along with many other things.  Many times we say these things, without thinking.  Words are power in life.  Words produce either good or bad.
We were created in God's Image and Likeness and need to understand that God only spoke what He intended to come to pass.  We speak many things, that we're not wishing to happen, but they have creative ability, once they're released from our mouths.  Man didn't lose his authority over the earth, when Adam fell.  Adam lost his relationship with the Father and transferred his authority over into the hands of the enemy.
During His earthly ministry as a Man, Jesus only spoke what He intended to come to pass.  He taught about speaking idle words and giving account to our words in Matthew 12:34-37 (Amplified).  Jesus taught about words that come out of the heart or spirit in Verse 35, where He say that both good or evil (bad) things come out of our spirit and both have the power to produce.  Jesus goes on in Verse 37 saying, "For by your words you will be justified and acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned and sentenced."
We confessed Jesus is our Lord, with words from our spirit or heart and by these words and faith in these words, we were born-again.  Did you know that before you spoke those words in faith, you weren't saved yet?  Words have the ability and power to change you life even today.  Our words either prevent God's Word from working for us, or our words allow God's Word to work for us.  We can speak the Word of God into our spirit and then speak it out of our hearts.
We were returned to what God Intended us to be, when He created us in His Image, when we were born-again.  We've been restored to sons and daughters, we've been returned to a sinless state by Jesus, and we've been Redeemed from the Curse, so that the Blessing has now come upon us again.  We've been set free from the Laws that needed to be followed and fulfilled, in order for us to be Blessed.  By Grace, all these Promises are now "Yes and Amen in Christ Jesus to the Glory of God."
Watching what comes out of our mouths, will make our salvation more apparent and the Blessing more prominent, in our earthly lives.  I've heard believers say, "I don't think we have to do all these things, in order to go to Heaven."  They are right.  You don't have to watch what you say, you don't have to confess that you're Redeemed.  You don't have to stand on God's Promise that, "By His stripes you are healed."  You don't have to know or do, any of these things, in order to go to Heaven.  All you are asked to do, is to "Believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died for your deliverance and confess Him as your Lord" and then you'll be saved.
I want to know Him more, while I'm still here on earth, as well as when I arrive in His Presence.  I want to walk worthy of the Lord and be filled with the knowledge of Him and what He has given unto us, by His Sacrifice.  If Jesus thought it was worthy dying for, then I think it's worth fighting for.  If He died so I could have it, then I refuse to allow satan to take it from me, without a fight.
Does this make God love me more?  No.  He already loves you as much as He loves Jesus.  Jesus prayed in John 17:23 (Amplified), saying, "I in them and You in Me; in order that they may become one and perfectly united, that the world may know and definitely recognize that You sent Me and that You have Loved them even as You have Loved Me."  This is an astonishing statement and if anyone other than Jesus said it, then I probably wouldn't believe it.  BUT HE DID SAY IT!!!
This isn't a matter of being loved and saved, but a matter of being pleasing unto God.  Hebrews 11:6 (Amplified) says, "But without faith it is impossible to please and be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must necessarily believe that God exists and that He is the Rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him out."  I exercise my faith in God's Word, to demonstrate my love and to show Him that I trust in His Word and Promises.  I exercise my faith in His Word, in order to be pleasing to Him.  The Holy Spirit leads Paul to write about Abraham in Romans 4:20 (Amplified), saying, "No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the Promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave Glory to God."  I want to be strong and give Glory to God, in my faith, while I'm in this world.
The more I know Him, the more I want to know Him.  The more I know Him, the more I realize that He suffered the things on Calvary's cross, so I could be free from them.  I don't want Him to have done anything on the cross, that I don't appreciate.  I want to accept His act of Love and receive them by faith in that Love.
We've placed limits on our Christian walks today, on how far we can actually trust God's Word for our lives.  We've become like those in the Wilderness (Hebrews 3:7-8).  We have hardened our hearts and limited the Holy One in our lives.  I believe that the Same God Who did the things during the Exodus, can still do anything and will do anything for me, and more.  Those people didn't have the Holy Spirit or the new birth.  We're new creation people and have more ability to believe, because of the new birth.  But, we sadly limit our Father, just like they did.  To what extent can we really Trust God today?  Many say it's foolish to think we can believe God, like Abraham did.  God wants to do great and mighty things in our lives today, it we will only believe Him.

Lesson 97 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

We've been studying God's Original Intent from Genesis 1:26-28.  God Blessed mankind and gave them dominion and authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts of the field and over everything in and on earth.  This was and still is, the Original Intention of God's heart, for His family.
We seem to think that "times have changed," and we know more than mankind knew in the beginning.  After all, we now have access to the internet, cell phones, You tube, and to an abundance of technology, at our fingertips.  Many think that God's Word has become "old fashioned" and "out-of-date."  We seemingly accept it when others say, "The God of the old covenant, doesn't or can't do the things we read about in His Word."
Our Heavenly Father's Plan for His family hasn't changed and it's definitely not outdated, because mankind is more civilized today.  Even with all our learning and growing, mankind is Light Years behind the Wisdom of God.  Teachings about "faith," have become a source of mockery, even in the Church.  Many believers don't dare to believe God, beyond the senses, carnal mind and intellect.  We've come to rely more on our wisdom, instead of God's Wisdom.
We think that because more believers aren't doing the things found in God's Word, that these things have passed away.  The only thing that has passed away, is our ability to believe in what God says.  No one had seen the parting of the Red Sea or the miraculous coverings the Israelites received, but God could do what no one had ever seen or heard of.  Most of them didn't believe it either, but God is able to do "exceedingly greater and higher, than we can even ask or think."
God didn't create puppets, when He made mankind in His Own Image and Likeness.  He created a family.  Like Adam, we still have the ability to believe or not to believe today.  Jesus said that, "If we believe in our heart and speak to the mountain, then it will move."  These things aren't happening because we don't believe in our hearts, that they can happen.  We've constructed so many excuses for why God didn't do things today, when He isn't the One Who missed it.  It's us.  God hasn't lost any of His ability!
Many think it's blasphemous to imply that God still heals, Bless, speaks to us or moves beyond the boundaries religion has set.  Many Christians believe it's foolish and a false hope, that God will Bless and protect us during the Covid19 plague.  Thankfully, those in the Exodus had sense enough to at least believe Moses, when he said God was leading them out of Egypt.  Our faith in God has been reduced to, "going to Heaven after we die" and nothing more.
When many believers are taught about the power of words and watching what we say, they think it's laughable.  If we would do our own study of God's Word and learn how both God and Jesus operate, then we would understand it's one of the most powerful Revelations in His Word, even while some dismiss it as "foolishness."  When are we going to get back to the Truth of God and what His Word teaches about His family and how we're to live in authority and dominion through the Redemptive Price of Jesus?
It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.  The only thing that determines God's moving in your life, is what you believe.  Even when no one else believes, God will still move in the life of someone who believes Him and allows Him to move, by faith.  The woman with the issue of blood, didn't care what the multitude thought or believed.  She had set her faith on touching Jesus and being healed.  Even though a throng of people were grabbing and touching Him, none were healed, except the woman who had faith in Jesus' ability to heal.  Everyone else had heard about the miracles of Jesus, but not all of them put personal faith in it for themselves.  Maybe this is the origin of people saying, "God doesn't heal everyone" or "It must not be God's will for everyone to be healed."  Nothing prevented anyone in that crowd from believing they could touch Jesus and receive healing, but only Jairus's daughter and the woman with the issue of blood were healed.
If it was God's will for mankind to be sick and down, then He would have provided sickness in the Garden of Eden.  Believing that, "You can never know what God will do," is having faith in what man says, instead of what Jesus says.  Jesus said, "When you see Me, you see the Father, We are One."  If you truly want to know what God will do and what His will for your life is, then WATCH JESUS.  If Jesus was doing it, then it was God's will.
We can't allow someone else's lack of faith in God, to cause us to remain under circumstances that God wants to deliver us from.  God won't make someone get saved, healed, delivered or walk in the peace He provided for us.  He is the Good Shepherd, "Who leads us in the paths of Righteousness for His Name's sake."  If we read God's Word by the Revelation the Holy Spirit provides, then we find that everything we could need, has already been provided by Jesus' Sacrifice.  Jesus bore the Curse, so that we could walk in Blessing.  He bore our sickness and disease, so we could walk in health.  Jesus bore our unrighteousness, so we were made the Righteousness of God, in Him.
We've been trying to get God to do for us, that which He has already done for us, in Jesus Christ.  Abraham didn't have any children, when God said, "I will make you the Father of many nations."  It was already done in God and Abraham only had to believe what God said.
We keep waiting to see and then we'll believe.  God said, "Believe and you shall see the Mighty deliverance of the Lord."  It doesn't take faith to believe what you already have in your hand or life.  The world has trained us about Spiritual principals, instead of our being trained by the Spirit on the world's principals.  Just because the world believes something, doesn't make it real.  Others might not walk in or accept this, but that doesn't determine how you believe, unless you allow yourself to be led by their way of thinking.
We must need to seek God for ourselves, especially at this time.  This doesn't mean that we don't need others, but we can't remain in the Wilderness, simply because ten spies don't believe God's Word is True.  The majority chose to believe the reports of these men, instead of God's report and it cost them everything.  God still provided for them all, while they remained 40 years in the Wilderness, but they never saw or entered into the Glory God had made ready for them.
If you only believe in Heaven, then you'll still arrive there by Jesus, but you might never see or be a part of the Glorious things God has provided for us, here on earth.  Some say, "These things aren't for everyone."  They are for everyone who will allow the Father to do it for them and will live with expectation.  You can be lulled away by religion or walk in reality.  You choose.

lesson 96 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified) says, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts of the field, and over all the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. So God created man in His Own Image, in the Image and Likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. And God Blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, using all its vast resources in the service of God and man; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
This was and is God's Original Intent for His family.  God never changes and His Intent will never change either.  God gave mankind complete authority over all the earth and everything on and in it and this mandate still holds.  Our prayers even today, are an invitation for God to move on the earth and enter into the authority He gave man over the earth.  Adam was to rule and have dominion over all that was here and that authority was to be handed down to all of his children, for eternity.
Did you ever wonder how Adam was to subdue and keep what God had Blessed him with?  We previously spoke about the power of words.  God made Adam in His Own Image and Likeness and John 4:24 (Amplified) tells us, "God is a Spirit (a Spiritual Being), and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and Truth (reality)."  Adam wasn't a natural body in the beginning, but he was a spirit.  God formed a body from the earth, that Adam had authority over.  Genesis 2:7 (Amplified) says that, "God breathed the Spirit into Adam's nostrils and man became a living being."
God created everything by the Words He spoke, and He created man like Himself.  I believe that Adam was to use words to take care of and have dominion over the earth.  Genesis 3:17-19 (Amplified) says, "And to Adam He said, Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the Tree which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it, the ground is under a Curse because of you, in sorrow and toil shall you eat of the fruits of it all the days of your life. Thorns and thistles shall it bring forth for you, and you shall eat the plants of the field. In the sweat of your face shall you eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken, for dust you are, and to dust you shall return."
After breaking covenant with God, Adam had to toil and labor, in order for the earth to produce.  I believe that before sinning, Adam (who was made in God's Image and Likeness) only had to speak to the earth and it produced.
God does nothing, without His Word.  His Word is the Highest authority in the entire universe, according to Psalm 138:2 (Amplified) which says, "I will worship toward Your Holy Temple and praise Your Name for Your Loving Kindness and for Your Truth and for You faithfulness; for You have exalted above all else Your Name and Your Word, and You have magnified Your Word above all Your Name."  When we realize that Jesus is the Word of God and that we live in and through Him, it makes us more aware of the things we speak and the power of the children of God's words.
John 3:34 (Amplified) says, "For since He Whom God has sent speaks the Words of God (proclaims God's Own Message), God does not give Him His Spirit sparingly or by measure, but boundless is the Gift God makes of His Spirit."  Jesus is our Example and demonstrates how God's children are to live and conduct our lives.  It would be good if we think on the words that we speak.  We must not lend our tongues and words, over to the enemy.  When we speak, we either give the Lord or the enemy, the ability to move in our lives and in the earth.
God sent Jesus into the world over two-thousand years ago, for our salvation and we know that it's God's will for everyone to be saved, but salvation didn't come to us, until we asked the Lord into our hearts.  When we speak against God's Word and His Promises, it's difficult for the Lord to do what we've spoken against.  The enemy will take our words of unbelief and by our own authority, use them against us.  We might not be able to create a universe or multiply the loaves and fishes like Jesus did, but we can change many of the things that do or don't happen in our lives.
Many believers say, "Well, I don't think watching my words is necessary for my going to Heaven" and they're right.  We have the ability to say whatever we wish and to speak words that do or don't bless.  The Father though, intended that we speak words of Life and Blessing, and they would produce Life and Blessing over us and others.
Jesus was very selective about what He said and to whom or what He said it too.  Jesus spoke to a tree and it died.  He spoke to a dead man and he lived.  Jesus said that if we believed, then we could even speak to a mountain and it would obey us.  As we study God's Word, we will see the importance of our God given ability to speak and by speaking, we walk in what God gave the First and Last Adam.
Some believe this is too extreme and that doesn't make them "bad" Christians or not lovers of God.  They must not allow satan to condemn them, by using their words.  This is simply part of growing up in the Spirit.  Do your words empower God or do they empower the enemy?  To what degree do your words allow the Father to bring His Word to pass in your life?  Do your words hold back the Promises of God and allow the enemy to bring things to pass in your life?  We understand the power of words in other areas of our lives, but not so much in the Spirit Life we now live.  No one would jump out of our vehicle, shouting obscenities at a police officer after he/she pulls us over.  We would never stand in a courtroom and tell the judge what we think.  We would never give our boss, a piece of our minds.  We understand that words have consequences in other parts of our lies, but not in the Spirit realm.
Words have started wars, words have healed hearts and lives, words have educated, words have brought us faith in God, words have caused people to follow false gods, and words have set people free or put them to death.  Don't dismiss this as being "foolish" or of "no matter."  Man was made in God's Image and people alone have the ability to speak.  By speaking words, we create, destroy, build and tear down things our words create.  It's not a matter of do your words matter, but more to the point, to whom do your words matter and to what extent.
Christians aren't the only people whose words change things, but all people, because God gave the authority over this earth to mankind.  Christians must not unite our words with those of the unsaved, giving consent into things that effect all this planet.  You have the ability to change your personal life and relationship with the Lord Jesus, even though the rest of the things are going the other way.
As an individual, you have God's Word to say and proclaim and empower Him and His Word, by speaking His Word, instead of what everyone else is speaking.  Ten spies came back to Israel with what God called "an evil report," in Numbers 13.  Two million people remained in that Wilderness, until their deaths.  Two men, Joshua and Caleb, remained with God's Word, speaking God's Word for their lives.  Through them, a new generation was delivered and entered into the Promise Land.
We must remain steadfast and stay on God's Word, even when popular opinion says otherwise.  Your deliverance is in what God says, not what they say.  You've been given the ability to choose what we say and what we believe, so let's say and believe what God says.  Let's empower Him in our lives, instead of the enemy.

Lesson 95 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified) says, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts of the field, and over everything that creeps upon the earth.
Some believe the above scriptures are just "Parables," but to those who believe they're the Word of God, they were a covenant and mandate God gave to man and his wife, so they could rule over earth as with His Blessing upon them and the home He created for them.  This authority and dominion weren't loans God gave them or something He was going to take back from them, but was His Gift for His family to enjoy and live in.  God was to share in the joy of seeing His inheritance being used by, and for His family.
The Father gave this earth and the authority over it to Adam.  It was Adam's to use and enjoy for eternity, as a Love Gift from the Father.  We see satan in the form of a serpent, being subtle in his approach towards Adam and even, in Genesis 3:1 (Amplified), which says that satan was, "More subtle and crafty than any living creature of the field."  This signifies that satan had tried deceiving them in different ways and forms, before.  God gave Adam authority and dominion over every living thing on earth and Adam should never allowed satan into the Garden of Eden.
Satan wasn't after the man, but wanted the authority and dominion God gave to man, so he could rule his own kingdom.  Satan deceived Adam into transgressing against God, resulting in his ruling over man by using the authority God gave Adam, for his own purposes and use.  The earth was man's to rule and have authority over, so God no longer had authority over it.  Some will think this sounds like "God didn't have the Power to take it back," but God had given His Word and Blessing upon Adam and "God's Word is forever settled in Heaven" and is unchangeable.   Psalm 115:16 (Amplified) tells us, "The Heavens are the Lord's Heavens, but the earth has He given to the children of men."
Psalm 111:5-6 (Amplified) says, "He, God, has given food and provision to those who reverently and worship-fully fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever and imprint it on His mind. He has declared and shown to His people the Power of His Works in giving them the heritage of the nations of Canaan."  We read about another covenant God made with man, Abraham, so mankind could inherit the things God intended for His people, in Psalm 105:7-9 (Amplified) which says, "He is the Lord our God; His judgments are in all the earth. He is earnestly mindful of His covenant and forever it is imprinted on His heart, the Word which He commanded and established to a thousand generations."
Many believe it's "foolishness," to believe that God had no right to intervene in the earth, after Adam.  God gave complete authority and dominion over to man and needed a Man to move through and have authority again in this earth realm.  We read about certain persons who heard God's Voice and yielded to Him, allowing themselves to be used of God and do His will upon the earth, throughout time, but man still had the dominion.
Adam's transgression gave satan the ability to use man and to be able to influence man and man's authority.  Satan could do his will on earth, by using man's own authority and influencing man to use that authority in destructive ways.  Satan could influence mankind to "kill, steal and destroy" the earth and mankind, who was created in God's Own Image.  God gave man authority and dominion over the earth, so man could do with it as he pleased.  We read about the Truth and depth of Adam's authority and dominion over the earth, when Jesus was tempted in the Wilderness.  Luke 4:5-6 (Amplified) says, "Then the devil took [Jesus] up to a high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the habitable world in a moment of time (in the twinkling of an eye); And he said to Him, To You will I give their magnificence, excellence, preeminence, dignity, and Grace, for it has been turned over to me, and I give it to whomever I will."
Satan told Jesus that the authority and dominion God had given to Adam, "Has been turned over to me."  Satan has usurped the authority over Adam''s inheritance.  This was what satan had been after all along.  Satan coveted man's authority, to do his will in the earth.  Notice that Jesus didn't deny that this authority and dominion was satan's to use or to "Give to whomever he will."  But Jesus didn't yield to this trial and temptation.  If Jesus had done what satan said, then Jesus Himself would have come under satan's authority, because the earth belonged to satan and he could still use man's mandate and authority over Jesus.
God made covenant through and by the man, Abraham, so now God could bring a Man, Jesus into the earth again and Jesus, the Last Adam, could legally take back man's authority and dominion over the earth and Heaven.  Man still has authority and dominion, even in his fallen state.  Satan still uses mankind, to do his will on this planet.  They don't have authority over those who have accepted Jesus and belong in the new covenant.
Satan still uses fallen men/women and the authority given to mankind in the beginning is still theirs to command.  Throughout the centuries, Satan has influenced such persons as Hitler, Ted Bundy, along with other infamous persons, to do his will and promote his ambition to  kill, steal, and destroy.  History is littered with such dictators as Nimrod to Nero, have yielded their God-given authority and right to satan.
The only power and authority satan has, was and is, the power and authority God gave to man.  As the Son of Man, Jesus had the ability to conquer and take back this authority and place it back into the hands of mankind.  These new persons are the new creations of Christ, who are filled with God's Own Presence and authority.  The new creation people would now rule as men and women, under the authority of the Man, Jesus Christ.  The new creation would also now have Heaven's authority to rule.
The Truth is that satan had no authority over men, before man was saved.  Mankind still have the authority God gave to Adam and satan couldn't "make" him do anything.  Satan needed to deceive mankind to do his will.  Satan couldn't force men to do his will, but could only deceive them to yield their will and authority over to him.  It was man's choice.  Many didn't understand it was even satanic or destructive, but it was a means of power over others or things.
Satan used man's ambition to promote himself, as a tool.  Satan used man's quest for power, to take possession over nations and people.  Satan used these men to make laws, which resulted in the captive nations perishing if they didn't uphold these new laws.  When satan had words or laws to govern nations and men, his authority would be established.  Satan used God's Own Place to form a government, but he could only use persons in government to use the established laws and hold nations in bondage, by man's own authority.
Christians have lost the vision for the words we speak or give place to.  This entire universe was created by Words.  This planet and nations are ruled by words.  We live by words, whether they are The US Constitution, which is good or by the bad words of dictators, that govern other nations.  We've forgotten that we were made in God's Own Image and Likeness and that our words either create or destroy lives, homes, cities, and nations.  Words we believe and live by, change the world.  We transform people into new creation persons and restore God's authority again in this earth, by preaching the Words of God's Kingdom.
This is why satan hates the Word of God and those who preach it.  Words change things in our personal lives and families and nations.  God's Word, in the mouth of one who now has a God-given authority in earth, is the most powerful thing on earth.  We mostly only use them to communicate, instead of creating.  We've allowed words to create laws that kill, steal, and destroy, even in our nation.  We elect men and women who are swayed by ungodly things.  They then establish ungodly laws and promote ungodly works.
Satan only wanted men and women, in order to control their authority for his own use.  Satan had no authority of his own, according to Matthew 28:18 (Amplified) which tells us, "Jesus, approached and breaking the silence, said to them,All authority, all power of rule in Heaven and on earth has been given to Me."  The new creation people are to use the authority of Jesus and His Word.  This is authority that satan can't use any longer, unless God's children yield our words to something other than God's Words.  Even as Christian people, our words can be used of the enemy.  Many Christian circles are in strife and gossip.  The authority Jesus restored to us, is being misused by the enemy, against God's Own people.
Many believers have been taught that, "Our words don't matter," but words are the most powerful thing on this planet and the universe.  Whether good or bad, the words of believers hold authority and power and were supposed to be used for God's Kingdom and not by the enemy.  Jesus said in Matthew 12:36-37 (Amplified), "But I tell you, on the Day of Judgment men will have to give account for every idle, inoperative, nonworking word they speak. For by your words you will justified and be acquitted and by your words you will be condemned and sentenced."
Many Christians don't take Jesus' statement very seriously, but I believe that the Father does.  Gossip in the Church, is demonic and comes from God's people lending their tongue to the one who is a liar from the start.  Many people have been destroyed by the gossip of those who are supposed to be examples of God's Love here on earth.  James 3:6 (Amplified) says, "And the tongue is a fire, the tongue is a world of wickedness set among our members, contaminating and depraving the whole Body and setting on fire the wheel of birth, being itself ignited by hell."

THE DAY THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

Mark 16:5-6 (Amplified) says, "And going into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting there on the right side, clothed in a long stately sweeping robe of white, and they were utterly amazed and struck with terror. And he said to them, Do not be amazed and terrified: you are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, Who was crucified. He has Risen; He is not here. See the place where they laid Him."
If Jesus had not Risen from the dead, then the virgin birth would have been a failure and all of the prophecies about Jesus, would have been for nothing.  This day changed all of Heaven and earth.  It signaled the total defeat of satan, death, and sin.  Hebrews 12:22-23 (Amplified) says, "But rather, you have come to Mount Zion, even to the City of the Living God (the Heavenly Jerusalem), and the countless multitudes of angels in festal gatherings And to the Church (assembly of the First Born) who are registered as citizens in Heaven, and to the God Who is Judge of all, and to the spirits of the Righteous (the Redeemed in Heaven who have been made perfect)."
Adam's transgression caused mankind to be separated from the Father Himself.  God Loved them so much, that He sent Jesus, His Perfect Sacrifice, to Redeem them and unite them with Himself.  Prior to Jesus' Resurrection, those who followed God went into the Bosom of Abraham when they died and weren't united with Him in Heaven.  Through Jesus' Resurrection, we are restored with the Father.  This was and is, the Crowning Glory and the time the Father had been awaiting, since Adam's fall.  The Father could only come close to His family and watch over them from a distance.  They could only approach Him from the Outer Court and needed to stay behind the veil.
Hebrews 10:19-20 (Amplified) says, "Therefore, brethren, since we have full freedom and confidence to enter in to the Holy of Holies by the Power and Virtue of the Blood of Jesus, By this fresh, new and living way which He initiated and dedicated and opened for us through the separating curtain (veil) of the Holy of Holies, (that is through His flesh)."  The veil that held us back from God's full Presence in the Temple, is now the veil of the flesh of Jesus, which opened the way back into the Father's Presence again.
Jesus told His followers in John 14:2-4 (Amplified), "In My Father's House there are many dwelling places (homes), If it were not so, I would have told you; for I am going away to prepare a place for you. And when I go and make ready a place for you, I will come back again and will take you to Myself; that where I am, you may be also. And to the place where I am going, you know the way."  The Father prepared many homes or dwelling places for His family, but we couldn't dwell in them, until the Blood of Jesus paid our Price and became the Door by which we could enter back into the Father's Presence.  Through the Power of His Resurrection, Jesus has cleansed the Heavenly utensils.  His Blood has not only covered our sins, like in the old covenant, but has removed the stain of sin and death and opened Heaven to us again.
We still hold back from God's Full and welcome Presence, because of who we once were.  God has laid out the welcome mat to His family and longs for a Family reunion with us.  He has longed for our presence, in His House for a long time and wishes to enjoy His children eating at the table He sets before us.  This is the very Heart of Love, that brought us into existence at the beginning.  We must never feel like "we don't belong there, because we're not worthy to be there."  It cost the separation of Jesus from the Father, to bring His family back to Him.  He has made us worthy and we are welcome.  We're not separated by a veil any longer.  You have been made one with Jesus and it's His Righteousness by which we now enter in.
There are times when we violate our faith, by the weakness of our flesh and feel like we've failed in our covenant with God.  God didn't make covenant with us, He made it with Jesus.  We entered into this covenant by faith in Him and He will not and cannot break or violate the covenant.  The reason God made covenant by Himself through Jesus, was because the old covenant couldn't be kept, because of man's fleshly weakness.  Romans 8:3 (Amplified) says, "For God has done what the Law could not do, its power being weakened by the flesh (the entire nature of man without the Holy Spirit), Sending His Own Son in the guise of sinful flesh and as an Offering for sin, God condemned sin in the flesh (subdued, overcame, deprived it) of its power over all who accept that Sacrifice. So that the Righteous and Just requirement of the Law might be met in us who live and move not in the ways of the flesh but in the ways of the Spirit. Our lives governed not by the standards and according to the dictates of the flesh, but controlled by the Holy Spirit."
There are times when we fail in our walk with God, as we grow in the ways and knowledge of Him and learn to put away the flesh, but Jesus has never failed in His covenant with Father.  This isn't an excuse for living in sin, but is how the Father has brought the flesh into subjection, until we grow up in Him.  Paul writes in Hebrews 13:20 (Amplified), "Now may the God of Peace (Who is the Author and Giver of Peace), Who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that Great Shepherd of the sheep, by the Blood that sealed (ratified), the Everlasting agreement (covenant, testament)."
Resurrection Sunday is the greatest day in all the universe and is the Everlasting covenant between God and Man, through the agreement covenant made between God and the Man, Christ Jesus.  Jesus, Who is the Son of man and the Son of God, made covenant with the Father.  God made covenant with Himself, through Jesus.  This is an unbreakable, eternal covenant and Jesus is the Guarantor of that covenant to all who enter in by faith  in Him, our Risen Lamb of God.
Let's always be grateful and thankful, for a Love so great, that He died in our place and made the Way for us to enter into His Place with the Father.  We can't hold back because of the failures we make while learning and growing in Him, but we must rest in the Truth that He is the Author and Finisher of our faith and that we will overcome by His Blood.  Paul writes in Hebrews 2:13-14 (Amplified), "My trust and assured reliance and confident Hope shall be fixed in Him. And yet again, Here I am, I and the children Whom God has given me. Since therefore, these, His children share in flesh and blood (in the physical nature of human beings). He Himself, in a similar manner partook of the same nature, that by going through death He might bring to nought and make of no effect, him who had the power of death (that is the devil)."
Have a Blessed and Happy Easter!

Lesson 94 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified) tells us, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, and over all the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. And God Blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, using all its vast resources in the service of God and man, and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
God furnished everything Adam and Eve would ever need.  Everything was complete and given to Adam and Eve.  They would live in God's Presence, as His family, and they would never lack anything in their lives.  The only thing God required from them, was that they remain in His Presence and have Him in their presence.  The honor, praise and worship God wanted from Adam and Eve, was their fellowship and their allowing His Love to surround them.  They didn't have a need, in all the time they spent with God, before the fall.
There was no Curse, before Adam's disobedience.  The Curse was the result of Adam's transferring the authority God had given him, into the hands of satan.  Adam transferred the dominion of man, into the hands of the enemy, according to Genesis 3:17,21 (Amplified) which says, "God said to Adam, Because you have listened and given heed to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the Tree which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it, the ground is cursed because of you, in sorrow and toil shall you eat of the fruits of it all the days of your life."
Verse 21 tells us that God killed, shed the blood and took the skins of animals, in order to cover Adam and Eve.  Their sacrifice was the first blood to be shed, so that God could cover man's sins for a time.  God's family now had sin and death, which caused them to be separated from God and to be strangers to Him.  The covering of blood would continue thoughout the entire old covenant.  Jesus shed His Blood, in order to fulfill this covenant.  His Blood didn't just cover sin, but eradicated it for all who would receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior.  Jesus' Blood redeemed us from the Curs and restored us to God's Blessing again.
The new covenant is an unbreakable covenant and is no longer dependent upon man's ability to keep it.  It cannot be broken, because it's made with God's Own Blood.  The wages of sin is death, so God took animal blood, to cover and hold back death from Adam and Eve.  The blood of animals couldn't remove sin, but only cover it.  Death was still the result of sin.  Animals had to be continually killed and their blood needed to be continually poured out, in order to cover God's people from the Curse of Sin and of Death.  The priest stood daily and offered up the blood of goats and bulls, in order to cover God's people and hold off the Curse from God's people.  Jesus' Blood didn't cover sin, but removed it completely.  The Law of Sin and Death no longer rules the new creation people of God, because the Very Life of God, His Holy Spirit, now lives in us.
Adam's disobedience and his transferring the Blessing God gave him into the hands of the spirit of death himself, satan, caused us to become strangers to God, instead of sons and daughters.  Jesus said in John 10:10 (Amplified), "The theif comes only in order to steal, and kill and to destroy, but I come that you may have Life."  The only source of death, is separation from God Himself, Who is Life.  God had given Adam the Blessing, dominion and authority, but those things became perverted into a Curse that covered mankind and the earth.  Life became death, in satan's hands.
We're witnessing the Curse working upon the earth and it's inhabitants today.  We see the grief and heartache of others, who are losing their loved ones to death.  If sickness, death, poverty  and heartache were God's will, then He would have included them when He created everything.  Genesis 1:31 (Amplified) says, "And God saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very Good (suitable and pleasant), and He approved it completely. And there was morning, a sixth day."
Many believers are double-minded and struggle about what God's will, Intent, and purpose is for mankind.  We've grown up in a world that is out of order, so we think, "That just how things are" and "It is what it is."  This isn't Truth and it's now God's Intention for His people.  The earth and the inheritance weren't created this way, but they've become this way as a result of Adam's transgression.
Sickness, death, poverty, separation, murder and things that plague the earth today, were never God's Intention, He is Love.  Love would never purposely subject his/her children to these horrible things.  We dismiss these things as being, "God's way of teaching us something," by listening to the world's ideas about Who God is.  The Holy Spirit, the Five-Fold ministry, God's Word and our new creation person, were and still are God's way of teaching and correcting His children.
Many born-again Christians believe that thes things happening, must be "God's will."  Nothing can be farther from the Truth.  I see many things happening to both saved and unsaved persons, that I know are not God's will.  When we don't know God's will, then we're deceived by the enemy and are no different from the unsaved persons.  We have faith and know that we'll spend Eternity with Him, but we put off the other Promises of God, for when we die and leave this earth, because we don't put faith in them.
We don't need authority over satan, when we go to Heaven, because he won't be there.  We won't need the Promise of healing when we're in Heaven, because there is no sickness there.  The Curse doesn't exist in God's Presence and in His Kingdom, so we won't need the Blessing.  These are Promises for here and now, through Jesus Christ.  We're already sons and daughters of God and we're joint heirs with Christ.  We've been restored back to God's Original Intent for His family.  If we don't see God's Word through the Revelation of the Holy Spirit, then we'll only understand by our senses and our natural intellet, not our spirit.
Jesus showed us this Truth in Mark 4, when He gave "The Parable of the Sower."  Jesus told us that, "The same Seed that brought forth a hundredfold return, was the same seed that didn't produce anything, when it was on the hard soil or when the weeds of humanity choked it out."  There has never been anything wrong with the Seed or the Word, but is the soil or spirit or heart of those who heard it.  We've allowed the teachings and ideas of carnal men, to bring the Power of God's Word to naught.  We've dismissed most of it as being, "for when we die and leave this earth."
We're struggling to believe and we're doing all we know how, to walk upright before God.  But, we've failed to Trust God, in the face of adversity and hard times.  Jesus said in Mark 4 that, "Satan comes at once, by force, to take away the Word that wa sown in our hearts."  Satan tries to make us quit or give up on God's Word, by using circumstances and others.  Jesus stripped satan of all his power and ability, according to Luke 10.  The only things satan has now, is deception.  If we don't yield to the deception and quit our walk with the Father, then satan cannot keep the Truth of God's Word from producing what God says.  We inherit the Promises of God, through faith and patience.

Lesson 93 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified) tells us, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beast of the fields, and over all the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. God Blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, using all its vast resources in the service of God and man; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
We can determine from these scriptures, that God's Intention from the beginning, was for His family to be in a position of authority, dominion and under His Blessing.  God Intended to be co-owners with His family of the earth and everything on it, for eternity.  God Intended for His family to multiply, bringing forth more family who would live under His provision and Blessing forever.  The earth was to be a home for God's children to grow and thrive.   God Intended His family to be a constant source of joy, fellowship and blessing to the Father.
The Father Intended to oversee the growth of His children in complete joy.  The Father held a dream in His heart, that couldn't be denied and His Greatness brought it into fruition.  He set things into motion on this planet, including everything in and on it and He never left anything undone.  God didn't just make one of everything, but He created an abundance of everything.  He didn't create one fish, but made millions of different kinds of fish.  God brought forth flowers that had no purpose, other than to please and Bless His children.  God created thousands of different kinds of flowers, of different colors and fragrances, in order to please and delight His family.
God fashioned mountains and lakes that held such beauty and majesty, it would take your breath away, so that no matter where His children walked or looked, they could take in their grandeur.  Even today, mankind has yet to explore all the depths of the seas and oceans and the creatures that live there.  Only the Father could create these things and He did so, just to Bless His children.  God created the entire earth and all it's beauty, to forever Bless His family and their children.
This was and is God's Original Plan and Intent for His family and the generations thereafter.  The Father's heart of Love wanted to watch over, fellowship with and provide for His family, for eternity.  Jesus bought and paid for all of our mistakes and failures, with His Own Blood, because of His Great Love for us.  God wouldn't rest, until His family was restored back to Him.  We're so unfamiliar with God's Goodness, that we don't run into His arms, rejoicing in His Great Love.  We've allowed the world's way of seeing Him, instead of seeing how much it hurts God when we stand outside of His embrace.
God couldn't embrace His son Adam, after the transgression in the Garden.  If God had drawn Adam into His arms in his state of sin and death, then it would have destroyed His man forever.  No one could come back into God's Presence, because His Holiness and His Power of Being would have destroyed them.  Today, many of us hold onto rituals and the training we received from the world, instead of joyfully entering into His Presence.  We stand on formalities and ritual, instead of standing in God's Presence as His children, even though the Loving Father gave everything He had, in order to hold us once again.
God is still God Almighty, but He is our very own Father.  Mankind didn't come into existence on our own, but we were created by His Love.  We weren't trying to force our way into His house, but He became The Door and The Way, so we could come back into His Presence.  He became The Light that would lead us home again, where we were made to belong.
We must never forget the reverence and respect that is His as God.  We must also never forget that the Creator is also our Father and it was His Plan to create us, to be His family.  Honor is due Him at all times.  We honor and reverence our earthly fathers, even when we're grown.  My oldest son is 58 years old, but before leaving my house or presence, he always hugs me, kisses me, and tells me that he loves me.  I believe this is what our Heavenly Father desires.  He wants us to enter into His house.
We must never forget that Jesus was and is, the Lord and Presence of God Himself.  He was always close to His disciples and showed complete compassion on those around Him.  Jesus ate with them, walked with them and fellow shipped with them as friends.  They honored Jesus and loved Him as their friend and Messiah and Lord.  Jesus must have laughed a lot, because the little children ran to Him and kids don't like grumpy, sour people.
We don't always see the human side of our Lord Jesus as much as we should.  We should worship and fellowship with Him, as our Friend.  Let's be glad to come before Him on this Resurrection Sunday and see Him as "Father," instead of the One Who can do things for us.  Spending time in personal fellowship with Him, is the greatest Revelation anyone can hope for.  Most of the Revelation knowledge I've received from the Father, came by talking with Him and asking what He wants us to know about Him.
Paul compares the intimacy of the husband/wife relationship to that of God and the Church, in Ephesians 5:32 (Amplified), saying, "This Mystery is very great, but I speak concerning the Revelation of Christ and the Church."  If we spent the same amount of time with our spouses that we do fellowshipping with God, then we wouldn't be married very long.  This is an intimate relationship that involves the intermingling of body, soul and spirit, complete in one.
If we spent time hearing and fellowshipping with God, then things in our walk and lives would change.  One of my parishioners gave me a belt buckle that says, "On the eighth day, God made a Cowboy."  It means a lot to me, when people recognize that I can be myself and still be anointed and be a man of God.  We must all be the best us, that we can be, because that's who He created us to be.

Lesson 92 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified) says, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts, and over all the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. And God Blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, using all its vast resources in the service of God and man; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
This was God's Plan and Intention for mankind, when He created them.  Mankind was to have complete authority and dominion over everything in and on the earth.  The earth was the home for man's physical body, which was to be compliant with the Spirit.  Man's rule was transferred into satan's rule, when Adam transgressed.  Mankind fell under demonic rule and spiritual death, at Adam's fall in the Garden.  Mankind lost God's Blessing, fellowship with God and even his identity as God's son.  Only God and His Great Love and Wisdom, could retrieve mankind and place him back into Spiritual Life and fellowship with Him.
God created a way that would allow Him back into the earth, by finding individuals who would allow Him to move through them.  He established Law and sacrifice, in order to temporarily cover mankind's sin and restrain the Law of Sin and of Death for awhile.  It was man who brought forth this sin and death, so only the blood and death of a man could actually pay the Price for that sin and death.  Sin was transferred to every person through Adam's seed, but no one could pay for his/her sin on our own.  Only a Man Who was without sin, could pay for man's sin.
The death, followed by shedding of that animal's blood, covered the payment for mankind's sin, but it required the continual sacrifice of animals to do so.  It couldn't restore mankind and pay the price, but it could hold back the fullness of the penalty, for a short time.  There was a penalty or Curse that went along with the Law, if it wasn't followed correctly.  This Law would allow God to have partial access into man's lives, until He could bring the Promise, Jesus the Lamb of God, into this world.
Those under the Law, weren't born-again, new creations and were still dead in trespass and sin.  They never knew the Almighty God as "Father," but only by their flesh.  They learned to walk with God, by adhering to and believing to the Law of Moses.  If someone violated the Law, then they were left without the blood covering and were open to the Curse that resulted from Adam's sin.  Too many of God's family today, still believe they must obey certain laws, in order to be in God's Grace, as His family.  They are double-minded and don't understand God's Grace.  God doesn't accept sacrifices any longer.  We've tried walking with Him by our outer, fleshly man, through works, sacrifices and following our own way.  God's Word tells us that "Only faith is pleasing to Him" and we're to "obtain  entry by faith and Grace" in (Hebrews 11:6).
Many still expect God to chasten us, like He did under the Law of the old covenant.  We don't know Him and try fostering our own Image of God.  No one can really "know God," if we don't know Jesus.  We might be saved and love Him, but still don't know Him.  We're always looking for the other shoe to drop and are awaiting the consequences from our lack of obedience or our failure.
Every new creation child of God should listen carefully to what Jesus said about understanding our Heavenly Father, in John 8:17-19 (Amplified)."  Thus, He said, "In your own Law it is written that the testimony (evidence of two persons) is reliable and valid. I Am One of the Two bearing testimony concerning Myself, and My Father, Who sent Me, He also testifies about Me. Then they said to Him, Where is this Father of Yours? Jesus answered, You know My Father as little as you know Me, if you knew Me, you would know My Father also."
God's Intent for us has never changed.  Adam's transgression resulted in God's changing the way He dealt with mankind, but His Intention for His family didn't change.  Jesus has restored us back to the way God dealt with His family at the beginning and His Intention for His family.  He is the same God, but we're not the same people.  We don't sacrifice animals and become covered by their blood.  We're totally cleansed now, by the Blood of Jesus Christ, God Himself.  His Blood doesn't just cover our sins for a period of time.  His Blood has removed our sins completely and made us new creatures in Christ Jesus.
If you don't see Jesus, then you can't see the Father.  We must know and understand that God doesn't deal with us like He did under the old covenant.  We must see ourselves as being totally cleansed and forgiven, through the Sacrifice of Jesus.  If we believe that God still deals with us like those under the Law, instead of through the Grace Jesus provided, then we're double-minded.  The enemy tries to keep us double-minded about our true identity in Christ, in order to retain his hold over us.  James 1:7 (Amplified) says that,  "If we're double-minded, then we are unstable, unreliable, dubious and uncertain about everything we think, feel, and decide."  We don't know whether to resist or submit, when we don't know if it's God or satan.  We can't pray for deliverance in faith, because we don't know if it's God's will or satan's attack.  James said, "Let not this man think he will receive anything from the Lord."
A double-minded person might know the God of the old covenant, but not know Him as Father of the family.  We stumble and grope like blind men and women, wondering "Why is God doing this to us," when it was the enemy all along.  The enemy has impersonated the Father and we don't recognize him, because our spiritual eyes are still blinded by the world and it's ideas of our Father.  We've been sold a bill of good, that comes from the religious minds of men and women who don't know our Heavenly Father, anymore than those of the old covenant did.
The Church has substituted this deception, for Truth.  We've allowed ourselves to be seduced by the same lie that caused Adam's downfall.  We've listened to the voices of others, instead of listening to the Holy Spirit.  We are angered when someone opposes or challenges the old religious order of things.  God gave Adam authority and dominion over the earth and everything on and in it.  Adam allowed satan into his place of Blessing and security.  Through Jesus, we've been restored back into this place of authority over the earth and everything on and in it.  James 4:7 (Amplified) tells us to,  "Resist the devil and he will flee from us."  We have the Name and authority of Jesus Christ to set things back into God's Order.
Paul writes about the Armor of God in Ephesians 6:10-18 (Amplified)Verse 11 says, "The armor of a heavy armed soldier which God supplies."  God has supplied His Army of believers with the Armor of God, but we have to put it on.  We can't fight a battle, if we don't know whether it's coming from God or satan.  We have put on the Helmet of Salvation, but there's more.  Paul tells us to put on the Belt of Truth in Verse 14.  If we don't know the Truth that we've been made righteous in Christ Jesus, then we can't put on the Breastplate of Righteousness.  We're to shod our feet with the Good News of the Peace with God, but if we don't know the Truth that Jesus is our Peace Offering and God is now at peace with us, then we're fighting without boots.  Verse 15 tells us that, "The covering from the Shield of Faith, will quench the missiles of satan.  If we're double-minded, then we are walking in faith.  Paul says that without the Sword of Faith (weapon), you don't know "God's will, purpose, plan or intent for you, as a child of God and a king or a priest."
God's Church has walked far too long, in the belief that, "Whatever happens is God's will."  Jesus is God's will and God's Person, in our lives.  If Jesus didn't do something, then God doesn't do it.  If Jesus did it, then our Father does it.  They are the Same.  During His earthly ministry, Jesus never put sickness, disease, brokenness, early death, heartache or calamity on people.  The Father will never do these things either.

Lesson 91 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified) says, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts, and over all the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. And God Blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it, using all its vast resources in the service of God and man; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
God created or birthed a family, when He made mankind.  He didn't make a Test Dummy, in order to see if mankind could measure up to His Greatness.  God created a family, who knew neither good or bad.  God would teach His children, by His Word and His very Presence.  Every child makes mistakes while growing up, but we eventually do grow up.  The parent's job is to love and teach their children the right way to be.  Our Heavenly Father was and is, no different.  Adam and Eve weren't made "all knowing," but had the ability to come to know all things, because they were made in God's Image and Likeness.
God planned to walk with and teach His family for eternity, but then sin and death entered the Garden, as a result of Adam's transgression.  Genesis 2:19-20 (Amplified) says, "And out of the ground the Lord God formed every wild beast and living creature of the field and every bird of the air and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them; and whatever Adam called every living creature, that was it's name. And Adam gave names to all the livestock and to the birds of the air, and to every wild beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper (meet, suitable, adapted), complimentary for him."
God was raising His family and teaching them how to see the differences in all the creation He had made for them.  God allowed His son, Adam to name all of the things He had made.  God accepted whatever title Adam gave them.  This is the loving, raising and training of a  Loving Parent towards His children.  I'm not sure that anyone today, could name all the beasts of the field or the birds of the air, but Adam had the mind and wisdom of His Father, because He was made in God's Image and Likeness.
We've been taught that God uses sickness, hardship, disease, and the death of a loved one, to teach us and to try our faith.  This deception comes in part, from the way God had to deal with the old covenant people, who were spiritually dead and ruled by sin and death.  God had to teach or deal with mankind from the outside (the flesh), because man was spiritually dead and separated from God in the spirit.  God established a way to still Bless and provide for mankind, but it needed to be based on man's ability to keep certain Laws that God provided.  If someone broke the Law, then the Blessing wouldn't work for them.  God made sacrifices available for them to return to the place of His Blessing.  All of the old covenant was based on man's ability and performance, in order to be Blessed.
We're no longer separated from God in the spirit, but have been to be one spirit, in and with Jesus.  This is the new covenant we enjoy through Jesus.  We have become one in Jesus, with the Holy Spirit, according to Ephesians 5:1 (Amplified) which says, "Therefore be imitators of God, copy Him and follow His Example, as well-beloved children imitate their father."  Ephesians 2:10 (Amplified) says, "For we are God's Own handiwork, His workmanship recreated in Christ Jesus, born anew that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us taking paths which He prepared ahead of time that we should walk in them, living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live."
This scripture show us what God's Original Intent truly was and still is, for His children to be and live in.  Through Jesus' Sacrifice, the Father brought us back to the place He intended for His children, as though Adam had never sinned.  God can now walk with, talk with, fellowship with and teach His family, like He did before the fall of Adam.
God was teaching and training Adam how to live his new life, before Adam sinned.  Adam didn't know how to walk or how to be God's son.  Adam was made fully grown, but he was still unlearned and untaught about how to live and walk with God, as His son.  Adam had God's Word (Jesus) and His Spirit to teach him.
We're new creations in Christ and must learn how to walk with God too, just like Adam did.  We have God's Word and His Spirit to lead, guide and teach us "God's way of doing and being right."  We haven't learned what God's Original Intent for His family is.  We've been taught from man's ideas, the world's ideas and religion, which put us in the place where God governs us like He did those who aren't new creations, but are still fallen men/women.  We've been learning by the flesh, instead of the Spirit and have accepted sickness and hardship, as being "God teaching us."
This is contrary to what Jesus taught or said, about our growing and learning from the Father in John 16:13-15 (Amplified), where Jesus says, "But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth Giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His Own Message on His Own authority, but He will tell whatever He hears from the Father; He will give the Message that has been given to Him, and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come (that will happen in the future). He will honor and Glorify Me, because He will take of (receive, draw upon) what is Mine and will reveal (declare, disclose, transmit) it to you. Everything that the Father has is Mine. That is what I meant when I said that He, the Spirit, will take the things that are Mine, and will reveal (declare disclose, transmit), it to you."
When Jesus spoke about "the things that are to come and will happen in the future," He wasn't just speaking about The Book of Revelation and the End Times.  The Holy Spirit hadn't come yet, because Jesus hadn't died yet.  The new creation man/woman and the Church weren't present in the world yet.  The Holy Spirit is to be our Teacher.  He is the One Who will teach us who we have become now, in Jesus.  He came to reveal the Father and bring us back to the place where God had prepared for us, in the beginning.
We can only know our Heavenly Father, through God's Word and His Spirit.  The world has distorted His Image in the minds of God's children, so we don't really know Him at all.  We don't know God's will, His intent, His Voice or His teachings for us.  We haven't differentiated between how God dealt with the old covenant people who were spiritually dead and separated from His Spirit, and how He deals with the new creatures in Christ Jesus, who've been made Righteous by the Blood of Jesus and restored by Grace as God's family.  We're not under Law, but live by faith in what Jesus did for us and not by our own works.
Satan tries to stop the Church from walking in faith.  James 1:5-8 (Amplified) says, "If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the Giving God, Who gives to all men liberally and ungrudgingly without reproaching or fault finding, and it will be given to him. Only it must be in faith that he asks, with no wavering ( no hesitation, no doubting), For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts), is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything he asks for from the Lord. For being as he is a man of two minds (hesitating, dubious, irresolute), he is unstable and unreliable and uncertain about everything he thinks, feels and decides."
If we don't know the difference between the God of the old covenant and the Father of the new covenant, then you are double-minded and uncertain about everything you know about Him.

Lesson 90 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified)  says, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts of the fields, and over all the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. And God Blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it, using all it vast resources in the service of God and man; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
God's Original Intention for His man and His family, was to fill the earth and have authority and dominion over everything on it and in it.  Jesus came as a Man, walked with God without breaking the Law of Moses, and held the authority and dominion over everything that crept upon the earth.  Through our faith and obedience in Jesus' work, we walk too, without breaking the Law.
Through Him, we're now qualified again for God's Blessing and we've returned to the Intent God had for us in the beginning.  It's not up to us to fulfill the Law, we only must trust in the One Who did.  It's not up to us to take back the authority satan usurped from Adam, but we must trust in the ability of Jesus, Who took it back.  It's not up to us to redeem ourselves from the Curse of the Law, but to only trust Jesus with it.  It's not up to us to "become" righteous, but to accept Jesus' Righteousness and Trust in the work He did for us.  It's not up to us to cover our sins with the blood of goats and bulls, but we must trust in the Blood of Jesus Christ to eradicate our sins for us.  It's not up to us to be healed, but to trust in the stripes Jesus took on His back, to manifest our healing for us.
In this day and age of salvation, God only requires us to believe that the Man, Jesus Christ has returned us back to God's Original Intent.  God gave this Blessing and authority to a man, Adam and the Man, Jesus Christ has taken it back and delivered it to "Whomsoever will believe."  Our salvation is so much more than just being with God after we die.  It's God being with us here, on the earth He created for us.  It's walking like the Last Adam walked here on earth, in the restored Blessing and authority God gave man in the beginning.
Jesus returned everything Adam gave over to satan, including the authority over satan.  Since satan "creeps upon the earth," he is also under the God-given authority that Jesus returned to the man/woman who will receive and believe what Jesus said and did.  Jesus didn't take back this authority for Himself, because He was never under the authority of satan.  He did it for us.  Most of us have never truly understood what Jesus did, when He took away in in our lives.  Adam's sin caused man to be separated from our Heavenly Father and man couldn't remove sin and death on our own.  It required a Man, Who was without sin, to pay for the sins that separated mankind from God.  The Word tells us that "All had sinned and come short of the Glory of God."  We were all born in sin and couldn't come into God's Glory.  God's Glory couldn't come into mankind either, before Jesus.
When we put faith in that Jesus became sin with our sin on Calvary, then we became sin in Him.  When our sin was removed in Jesus, then we could come into a place with our Father, like He intended in the beginning.  God's Blessing was restored, the authority returned by the Power of His Name and our relationship with our Father was back in place.  Jesus brought us back as God's Own family, as though Adam had never failed and things are like God Intended from the beginning, according to Genesis 1:26-28.
Most of us have never seen the Truth of our salvation and have believed that "we're old sinners, saved by Grace."  We were old sinners and by Grace we were saved and in Jesus, we've been restored back to God's Own family members.  We are heirs of God and joint heirs with Jesus.  This means that like Jesus is, we're what the Father created us to be from the start.  This isn't arrogance, but true faith in the One Who actually paid for all that had separated mankind from the Father.  He Loved us so much and enough, to pray the entire bill that was against us.  When we see the word, "Redeemed," it means "bought back."  The price of our redemption was high and we could never pay it on our own.  Sin took us from God and that cost needed to be paid, in order to restore us back to Him.  We inherited the sin nature from our natural father, Adam.  It was born into us, by his seed.  God needed a Man, Who was born without Adam's natural seed and Who was born from a sinless Seed, the Word of God.
The Holy Spirit planted the Seed in Mary and Jesus became flesh, a Man born without sin Who would die in our place and restore God's family back to Him.  God had given man this place from the beginning, but Adam lost it.  A Man had to recover it and this Man was Jesus.  He perfectly redeemed us by His Own Sacrifice.  In Him, we're now supposed to do what we were first created to do and be.  We're to use the authority and dominion that Jesus restored to us in His Name, to bring things back into God's Own Order.  We're to preach salvation to the lost, give faith to the fearful and have authority over all the earth, to take dominion and put things back into God's Order.
Many will believe this is being puffed up in pride, but those who can "see," it's the Power of the Gospel or Good News in Christ Jesus.  Psalm 107:1-2 (Amplified) says, "O give thanks to the Lord, for He is Good; for His mercy and Loving Kindness endure forever. Let the Redeemed of the Lord say so, Whom He has delivered from the hand of the adversary."
Only those who are in Christ Jesus, can say this, because our Redemption is in Him.  The above scripture tells us that, "We have NOW been redeemed from the hand of the adversary."  Now means now, while we're living here on earth.  The Church has heard and believed the words of the world so long, that we're afraid to say what God has told us to say.  We don't want people to think we're boastful and prideful, by saying what God says.  It's not being these things, but it's Truth in what Jesus has done and having faith in the Redemption He has provided us.  We can't discount the Awesome Price Jesus paid to buy us back, saying, "His Sacrifice wasn't enough to redeem us."  This is denying the Power of Calvary.
The Father never left anything to chance, when He sent Jesus.  Jesus was more than enough to bring us back to God's Original Intent.  Jesus did this so we can fellowship with the Father again and so the Father could be in union with His family again.  We still insist on staying outside of God's Presence though and remain separated from Him, by our human pride and foolishness.  Only faith in Him can override the pride and guilt, satan tries to put on us by religion.  Religion is man's idea of God and it's held us in a place of guilt and shame over who we were.  It's prevented us from seeing who Jesus has made us to be.  Romans 8:1-3 (Amplified) says, "Therefore, there is NOW no condemnation, no adjudging guilty of wrong for those who are in Christ Jesus, who lives and walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. For the Law of the Spirit of Life which is in Christ Jesus (the Law of our new being), has freed me from the Law of Sin and of Death. For God has done what the Law could not do, its power being weakened by the flesh (the entire nature of man without the Holy Spirit), Sending His Own Son in the guise of sinful flesh and as an Offering for sin, God condemned sin in the flesh (subdued it and overcame and deprived it of its power over all that accept that Sacrifice)."
Have you accepted that Sacrifice?  If you have, then don't allow the dictates of the flesh to tell you that, "You are not acceptable to God" or that, "You're not redeemed from the enemy."

Lesson 89 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified) tells us, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. And God Blessed them and said to them; Be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth, and subdue it, using all its vast resources in the service of God and man; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
God intended for the First Adam to "be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth and subdue it."  Adam was to bring forth the children of God, into God's family and His delight.  God would be able to walk with them, provide for them and Bless them.  God's heart desired to fellowship and partner with His children.  The Last Adam, Jesus did exactly that and even more.  Adam's seed was a natural seed that was to produce children in a natural body.   Their natural bodies made it possible for them to enjoy the natural world or home that God created for them.
We are a new creation family, who were created new through and by Jesus, The Seed.  We bare the First Adam's natural, mortal image, which came from the dust of the earth, as his seeds.  We're also the seed of the Last Adam, Jesus and bare His Image, as a living spirit housed in our natural bodies.  1Corinthians 15:45-48 (Amplified) says, "Thus it is written, the first man Adam became a living being (an individual personality); the Last Adam Christ, became a Life-Giving Spirit, restoring the dead to Life. but it is not the Spiritual Life which came first, but the physical and then the Spiritual. The first man was from out of earth (made of dust, earthly minded); the Second Man is the Lord from out of Heaven. Now those who are made of the dust are like him who was first made of the dust (earthly minded); and as is the Man from Heaven, so also are those who are of Heaven (Heavenly minded)."
Romans 8:9 (Amplified) says, "But you are not living the life of the flesh, you are living the Life of the Spirit, if the Holy Spirit of God really dwells within you (directs and controls you). But if anyone does not possess the Holy Spirit of Christ, he is none of His (he does not belong to Christ, is not truly a child of God). But if Christ lives in you, then although your natural body is dead by reason of sin and guilt; the spirit is alive because of the Righteousness that He imputes to you."
Everything God intended for His family through the First Adam, has now become reality in our lives, through the Last Adam, Jesus.  Healing is no longer a Promise, but is a Truth in Jesus.  1Corinthians 1:20 (Amplified) tells us that, "When we received Jesus as our Savior and Lord, "All [God's] Promises are Yes and Amen in Christ Jesus, to God's Glory."  They are ours already.  We still identify more with the natural man/woman, than with the new creation person of the spirit.  We dwell in a natural body, but we Live after the Spirit.  Our entire being is now to be led by and controlled by our spirit, which is infused in the Holy Spirit.
In the old covenant of days past, man could only receive the Holy Spirit from the outside anointing.  In these Last days, God's new covenant family has the Holy Spirit and Anointing living within us and infused into our very own born-again spirit.  We don't receive from the outside or flesh, but we're led by the Holy Spirit Who lives within us.  Our spirit is the be led by God's Word and His Spirit.  We function in this world by listening to God's Word and Spirit, but we're not of this world.
Jesus had a natural Body like we do, but He was led from within, by the Holy Spirit.  Jesus said, "It's not Me, but the Father in Me, Who does the work."  This is how the new creation children of God are supposed to operate.  We still live in the flesh, but we don't walk after the flesh.  Jesus had a Body, in order to eat, sleep, bathe and function in this natural realm, but He never allowed it to dominate His Spirit Man.  When we study Jesus, during His earthly ministry, we can see God's Intention for the family He created in His Own Image and Likeness at the beginning.  God intended the Spirit realm to be the dominate realm and to rule over the earthly realm.  God gave mankind to have complete authority over the earth and everything that creeps upon it.
Everything was created by the Spirit and was made subject to the Spirit.  As God's family, we're to have complete authority over everything the Spirit created on and in the earth, by our spirit.  This planet and the natural things on it, were and now are again, under the authority of the new creation family of God.  Even the weather and animals are once again subject to the new family of God, by the authority of the Name of Jesus.
The authority God gave to the First Adam, has now been restored to us, through Jesus.  We've been placed back into God's Original Intent.  We've never seen anyone walk in this God-given authority and have never learned to walk in it.  The Spirit always had the authority, even in the old covenant.  At that time, only kings, priests and prophets had the Holy Spirit Anointing to rule and have power.  This has now been extended to all who are born-again, according to 1Peter 2:9-10 (Amplified) which says, "But you are a chosen race; a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation. God's Own purchased special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and the perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His Marvelous Light. Once you were not a people at all, but now you are God's people; Once you were unpitied, but now you are pitied and have received mercy."

Lesson 88 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified) tells us, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts of the field, and over all the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. And God Blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, using all its vast resources in the service of God and man; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
Jesus is God and Man, and as a Man He took back the complete authority, dominion, and Blessing that the Father pronounced on His family, in the beginning.  Hebrews 1:2 (Amplified) says, "But in the Last of these days He has spoken unto us in the Person of a Son, Whom He appointed Heir and lawful Owner of all things, also by and through Whom He created the worlds and the reaches of space and the ages of time. He made (produced, built, operated) and arranged them in order."
Romans 8:16-17,18 (Amplified) says, "The Spirit Himself thus testifies together with our own spirit, assuring us that we are children of God. And if we are His children, then we are His heirs also; heirs of God and fellow heirs (joint heirs) with Christ, sharing His inheritance with Him, only we must share His suffering if we are to share His Glory."
The suffering Jesus bore on Calvary's cross was ours and not His.  Jesus bore this suffering, so that we would no longer owe the penalty for sin and death.  The suffering we share with Him, is the rejection and misunderstanding by the world and the things of the world.  Paul goes onto to explain this suffering in Verse 18, saying, "But what of that? For I consider that the suffering of this present time (this present life), are not worth being compared with the Glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us and for us and conferred on us."
Paul wasn't speaking only about after we leave this earth, but said that it's to be revealed to us, and in us, and for us and conferred on us, while we're still here on earth.  We have inherited the Glory, with Jesus.  Jesus took back everything Adam lost and He conferred it upon us, while we're still here on earth.  Through Jesus, we have the ability to bring many sons and daughters unto Glory for God.  Hebrews 2:10 (Amplified) says, "For it was an act worthy of God, and fitting to the Divine nature that He, for Whose sake and by Whom all things have their existence, in bringing many sons  into Glory, should make the pioneer of the salvation perfect, should bring to maturity the human experience necessary to be perfectly equipped for His Office as High Priest through suffering."
Jesus suffered as a Man, so we might be made into what the Father intended for us to be and bring many sons and daughters into Glory.  Through Jesus, we're now new creations, who are still in the flesh and born of the the Spirit like He was.  We have the call on our lives that Adam had to "multiply, be fruitful and fill the earth with God's family."  We're to have "complete authority over all the earth, to subdue it," by the Spirit.
This is still God's Original Intent for mankind and it's the fulfillment of the Father's heart.  We have a Great High Priest, Who has suffered everything that could be placed on mankind, in order to deliver us back into the Heavenly Father's family.  Jesus was tempted in every way, like we are, according to Hebrews 2:13-14,18 (Amplified), where Paul writes, "My trust and assured reliance and confident hope shall be fixed on Him, and yet again, Here I am, I and the children whom God has given me. Since therefore, these His children share in flesh and blood (in the physical nature of human beings), He Himself, in a similar manner partook of the same nature, that by going through death He might bring to naught and make of no effect him who had the power of death, that is the devil."
We read about Christ's suffering in Verse 18, which says, "For because He Himself, in His humanity, has suffered in being tempted, tested and tried, He is able immediately to run to the cry of (assist, relieve), those who are being tempted and tested and tried, and who are therefore being exposed to suffering."  The suffering we're to endure, is the same suffering that Jesus endured when satan tried, tempted, and tested His humanity.  This is while we're still in these natural bodies.  By God's Spirit and His ability, we too can overcome and live in Him by faith, because "He is faithful to deliver us from all the work of the evil one."
God never intended His family to be subject to anyone except Him and that is on the basis of a love relationship and not fear or Law.  We're citizens of God's Heavenly Kingdom again, as His sons and daughters and through Jesus.  Through Him, we've inherited this earth and are to return it the Father's Plan again.  We've been faithful to bring sons and daughters into Glory, by the preaching of God's Word of salvation.  We've been slack though, in teaching these new babies in Christ about who they have become in Christ or about the mandate of authority and dominion that God has given them as their inheritance.
We've been given the Name of Jesus, to use as our badge of authority and we must understand that Name.  Philippians 2:9-10 (Amplified) says, "Therefore, because He stooped so low, God has highly exalted Him and has freely bestowed on Him the Name that is above every name. That in (at) the Name of Jesus, every knee should (must) bow, in Heaven and on earth and under the earth."  God had many Names in the old covenant and each Name had a purpose.  His Name was Provider, Healer, Deliverer, and our Peace.  All these Names are now wrapped up in One Name that is above every name and that is the Name of Jesus.  He is now all these things in One.  Jesus is our Peace, our Healer, our Provider, our Redeemer, our Deliverer and our Lord.  He is the Firstborn from the dead and He's our Door back to our Father.  The Father has placed all things and provided all things to us, by the Power of His Name.  We're only required to believe in His Name.  All of God's Promises are already paid for and done, by faith in the Name of Jesus Christ.
We don't end our prayers with "In the Name of Jesus, Amen," as a P.S.  We do so, because it's the very essence of who we are and Who He is to the world, to the heavens and to the enemy.  Matthew 28:18 (Amplified) tells us, "Jesus approached and, breaking the silence, said to them, ALL AUTHORITY, ALL POWER OF RULE, in Heaven and on earth has been given to Me."  We are in that Name.  We have His Power of Attorney to use His Name, for whatever is out of place on this planet.  All of Heaven is behind us and all the angels in God's Army of Heavenly Hosts, when we use that Name.

Lesson 87 THE YEAR OF UNDERSTANDING - Original Intent

Genesis 1:26,28 (Amplified) says, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) make mankind in Our Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts, and over all the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth."  Verse 28 says, "God Blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth, and subdue it, using all its vast resources in the service of God and man; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
This was God's Original Intent for mankind and the earth He created for them.  God's great Love desired a family to share in His Goodness and to fellowship with Him.  After Adam's fall, God worked for many years to bring Jesus into the earth, so He could restored everything back to His Plan.  God made covenant with various different people throughout the years, in order to keep His man from being completely destroyed.  A blood covenant was cut in the Garden, when God killed animals and shed their blood to cover Adam and Eve.
Adam's disobedience brought sin into the world, along with the consequences of death or separation from God, Who is Life.  God set in motion a sacrifice of animals that would shed their blood, in payment for sin and as a covering of man's sin, so He wouldn't be completely separate from His family.  Sin demanded death as a result, so the blood of animals signified a covering and temporary payment for death.  The sacrifice of animals didn't cleanse the people of their sin, but it covered them until God could get a Man, Jesus into the earth, Who would be the total payment for sin and death.
Many Christians don't distinguish between the old and new covenants and believe God still punishes mankind like He did under the old covenant.  This has left us open to the enemy's deception and not knowing God's will for mankind.  This makes us insecure in our faith.
It's difficult to preach healing in many of today's churches, because the people don't know whether or not healing is God's will.  It's nearly impossible to have your faith be secure enough to receive from God, when you don't know His will for you.  We read in John 8:19 (Amplified), "Then they said to Him, Where is this Father of Yours? Jesus answered, You know My Father as little as you know Me, if you knew Me, you would know My Father also."  In order to know God's will for us today, we must first know Jesus.  In John 14:7 (Amplified), Jesus said, "If you had known Me, had learned to recognize Me, you would also have known My Father. From now on, you know Him and have seen Me."
We've confused the God of the old covenant, with the Saving Father of the new covenant.  We've heard many good men and women of God, preach about how "God does certain things in order to teach and lead us."  This mostly comes from their not really knowing Jesus.  If we know Jesus and have received Him as our Lord and Savior, then we should know that our Heavenly Father doesn't put things on His new creation family in order to teach us something.  We know this, by watching Jesus.
The people of the old covenant were great and sincere, but they weren't born-again, Spirit-filled, redeemed by the Blood and weren't sons and daughters.  They were only living in the Promise of Messiah.  We're not living in a Promise that's to come, but is now fulfilled in Jesus, the Messiah.  2Corinthians 1:20  (Amplified) says, "For as many as are the Promises of God, they all find their Yes Answer in Him, Christ. For this reason we also utter the Amen (So be it), to God through Him, in His Person and by His Agency, to the Glory of God."
These are still Promises to the unsaved world, but they are fulfilled Truth (So be it), to the new creation family of God.  Healing was a Promise, but it's now a fact and Truth.  If it wasn't God's will, then He would never make a Promise that He didn't intend to keep.  Once your faith is in His Promise, nothing can keep it from coming to pass.  We've had trouble trusting in what God has Promised.  I've seen many people who weren't healed, but I've also witnessed many who have been healed.  Were those who were healed "special?"  Or, were they the ones who finally realized it was God's will all along?  We're not waiting for our healing.  He's waiting for us to put our faith in the Truth that He's already given it and it's already ours.
We never read about Jesus refusing to heal anyone who came to Him.  Jesus said that, "When you see Me, You have seen the Father."  If Jesus healed them, then it must have been the Father's will and if Jesus and the Father are One (and they are), then it must be God's will today for us to be healed.  We can't allow carnal sermons and worldly ideas about God, to make us double-minded about the Super-natural display of God's Love for us.
Jesus was ministering to a group of people, when a paralyzed man was lowered in front of Him from the rooftop, in Mark 2:5,9 -12 (Amplified).  Jesus said to the man, "Son your sins are forgiven."  The people were aghast at this and asked, "Who can forgive sin but God?"  We should pay close attention to what Jesus said about God's will for our healing in Verses 9-12.  Thus, He said, "Which is easier; to say to the paralyzed man, Your sins are forgiven and put away, or to say, Rise, Take up your bed or mat, and start walking, and keep on walking. But that you may know and positively and beyond doubt that the Son of Man has the right and authority and power on earth to forgive sins, He said to the paralyzed man, I say to you, arise, pick and carry your sleeping pad or mat, and be going home. And he arose at once and picked up his sleeping pad and went out before them all."
How many today, believe He can forgive or remove sin from our lives, but still not believe He can heal our body?  Those around Jesus had witnessed Him heal and believed that, but they couldn't believe He could forgive sin.  Many are sadly still like that today.  We believe He can forgive our sins, but not that He can heal us.  Jesus asked, "Which is easier? To forgive or heal?"  Both were the same Jesus and both were easy for Him.  We haven't believed that these were the perfect will of God for us today.
Don't take someone else' word on this, but go to God's Word and study Jesus very closely.  If you do this, then you'll see it's God's will to heal, deliver, set free and forgive.  You'll see that one isn't more difficult for God to do, than the other is.
