Developing the New Creation Lesson 30

     In Matt.6:33 (Amp) Jesus says, "But seek, aim at and strive after first of all God's Kingdom and His Righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides."  Jesus is speaking here about earthly, material things, as well as the Spiritual things of God's Kingdom.  These things are one and the same to the Lord.  By His Sacrifice, Jesus brought both realms into one kingdom again.  Our Father walked in both realms with His son Adam and his wife, from the beginning in Genesis.  God planned for His family to be in constant contact with Him, in both realms.

     God's way of doing and being right comes by reading and studying His Word.  Jesus instructs us to "first of all strive after God's Kingdom and His Righteousness," so we can live here and do well in this physical, natural realm.  We need to rely on God and His covenant, instead of the government or charity.  Paul tells us how we're to do it by God's Righteousness in 2Cor.1:30 (Amp), saying, "But it is from Him (God) that you have your Life in Christ Jesus, Whom God made our Wisdom from God, revealed to us a knowledge of the Divine Plane of Salvation previously hidden manifesting itself now as our Righteousness; thus making us upright and putting us in right standing with God, and our Consecration, making us pure and holy; and our Redemption, providing our Ransom from Eternal penalty for sin."

     God's way of doing and being right, comes by His Grace and His Son as our Lamb and our Righteousness.  There are ways to provide and receive what Jesus said in Matt.6:33, without doing it God's way, but when we do it His way, we're trusting in His Fatherhood to provide for us, like any good father wants to do.  We shut God out and we don't allow Him to be all He wants to be, when we try doing things our way.  Being right, being righteous and being in right standing with God, comes only one way and that's through Jesus.

     Trying to become righteous before God, other than accepting it as the Gift of God through Jesus, will keep us outside of righteousness and right standing in God's eyes, which will stop the ability of the Holy Spirit to bring forth what we need.  We can gain some things in the carnal realm by ourselves, but righteousness isn't one of those things.  "His way of doing and being right," aren't just words to be read over lightly.  God has a Righteous and Just way of doing things, based on faith in Him and on the Spiritual Laws that govern His Kingdom.

     God's Kingdom and the Kingdom of Heaven have Spiritual Laws that hold this universe in orbit.  These Laws are as sure as the laws He put in place to govern this earth.  The Law of Gravity is vital to life on this planet and works continuously.  We can override the Law of Gravity by the the Laws of Lift and Thrust, but we cannot do away with that Law.  We can fly planes that weight thousands of pounds, using the Laws of Lift and Thrust, but if we turn the motor off, then the Law of Gravity will force the plane to fall to earth.  Yikes!

     Many of God's people don't know what His will and His way of doing and being right are.  We try walking according to the Law of Moses from the old covenant, while simultaneously walking in the Power of Grace and Righteous from the new and last covenant that came from the Blood of Jesus.  We've not understood the True meaning of God's Grace.  God's Grace is His way of doing right, so God's Blessing can operate like it should in our lives.  Grace is simply a total reliance on God's Love to open the doors to His Provision, by His Love for us.  This doesn't mean that we don't work or do things in this natural realm, but we must trust Him to" add it to us", like Jesus said in Matt.6:33.

     God's way of doing and being right, is found in His Word.  The Word tells us to, "Love one another as I have Loved you," which is a great part of doing and being right.  Are we doing it God's way or are we still harboring malice and unforgiveness towards one another?  God's way is to abstain from immorality and sin, at all cost.  We get a good overview of God's way of doing and being right in Matt.5:13-48 (Amp), especially Verse 48, where Jesus says, "You therefore must be perfect, growing in complete maturity of Godliness in mind and character, having reached the proper height of virtue and integrity, as your Heavenly Father is perfect."

     Growing into complete maturity in mind and character, comes by developing the new creation.  These are things we can do, but many choose not to do.  They are God's way of doing and being right and must be done by the individual believer.  We can't legislated these things, like under the Law, because they're an act of submission to the Lord Who lives in us.  Are we more more inclined to do it our way, rather than God's way of doing and being right?

     Paul taught about the Gifts of the Spirit and how we can be good candidates for obtaining these Gifts, in 1Cor.12:31 (Amp), saying, "But earnestly desire and zealously cultivate the greatest and best Gifts and Graces, And yet I show you a better and more excellent way to obtain them."  Paul goes on to speak to the Church in Corinth about Love, in 1Cor.13:1 (Amp).  It's not our love, but God's Love that inspire the Super-natural operation of the Holy Spirit.  Thus, Paul writes, "If I speak in tongues of men and even of angels, but have not Love, that reasoning, intentional, Spiritual devotion such as is inspired by God's Love for and in us, I am only a noisy gong or clanging cymbal."

     God's full intent is for us to walk in Love.  Unlike those under the Law, we have God's Love.  We see something available to us, that wasn't available to those under the first covenant, in Rom.5:5 (Amp), which says, "Such hope never disappoints or deludes or shames us, for God's Love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given us."

     This isn't just God's Love for us, but His Love in and shown through us to our fellow men/women.  God will sometimes allow the Gifts of the Spirit to work, because He loves the person we're praying over, but it doesn't bring praise on our part, before Him.  We must do it in Love, instead of pride and self-importance.  Jesus said, "It's not Me, but the Father in Me Who does the works."  God's Love for His people, worked through Jesus and brought praise and Glory to both God and Jesus.  This requires maturity, according to 1Cor.13:1 (Amp), which says, "That reasoning, and intentional devotion such as is Inspired by God's Love for and in us."  This doesn't come from the outside, carnal man or woman, but comes from God Himself, as we learn to yield to Him and develop our fellowship and relationship with Him, in Spirit and His Word.

     Yielding and being led by God's Love isn't a "religious" thing.  God's Love is greatly missed in today's world.  Truly walking with God and putting faith in God's Blessing and the outcome of it, is based on doing on His way of doing and being right.  Our way of doing and being right, is not enough.  We must spend time reading and meditation on God's Word, in order to develop the new creation person and become what God has made us to be.

    

Developing the New Creation Lesson 29

     1Peter1:23 (Amp) says, "You have been regenerated (born-again), not from a mortal origin (seed, sperm), but from One that is Immortal, by the Ever Living and Lasting Word of God."  Jesus tells us in John 10:10 (Amp), "The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy Life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows)."

     The abundant Life that Jesus came to give and the Seed we've been born-again from, are both the Life and Essence of God's Spirit Who now lives in our new creation spirit, as one Spirit.  This is God's Own Life and Presence in our born-again spirit.  We didn't have God's Life living in our spirit, until Jesus.  We read about the life we lived before being born-again in Eph.2:12 (Amp), which says, "Remember that you were at that time separated, living apart from Christ, excluded from all part of Him, utterly estranged and outlawed from the rights of Israel as a nation, and strangers with no share in the Sacred compacts of the Messianic Promise; with no knowledge of or right in God's agreements (His covenants), and you had no hope, no Promise, you were in this world without God."

     The Life we now have in Christ Jesus, has put us in right standing with God and has put us "in God."  This is God's Life living now in us.  It's startling and unthinkable to even think about being in this world without God, to the carnal mind.  The entire time we were here before receiving Jesus, God wasn't part of us and we were dead.  When I write about developing the new creation person, I'm speaking about our learning to Live in and through, Life with God.

     When we were born into this earth as babies, we had the life of the flesh already in us, but it was undeveloped.  We couldn't do things on our own and relied on others to feed, change, and care for us.  As we grew, we developed the skills and learned how to live here in the carnal realm.  We had to learn and develop the skills of life, on an individual basis.  Some learned the skills needed to become physicians, carpenters, preachers, teachers and other occupations.

     When we are born into the Spirit and Kingdom of God, as citizens and children of God, we must develop the ways and skills of the new creation we're born into.  If we remain babes in Christ, then we won't be useful citizens and others will have the burden of caring for us until we leave this planet in death.  We will all leave this planet in death, unless Jesus comes first.  We will still have to develop into the Life Jesus came for us to live, if we enter God's Kingdom as babes in Christ.  We can't simply live in God's Kingdom as babies, for eternity.

     The skills and trust we've received in the new birth, are to be developed here and in Heaven.  Most of the things we learn about the Life Jesus came to give us, are to be used here on earth, on behalf of other who are in this world without God.  They think they already have life and are living, just like we once did before receiving Jesus as our Lord and Savior.  The life we had before Jesus, wasn't the Life of God, but was actually the death that came through Adam, the day he died in the Garden.

     We know from Gen.1:11 (Amp) that, everything yields "fruit whose seed is in itself, each according to it's kind."  The seed of Adam, was the seed of sin and death and contaminated every human born.  Rom.5:12 (Amp) says, "Therefore, as sin came into the world through one man, and death as a result of sin, so death (spiritual and natural) spread to all men; no one being able to stop or escape it's power because all men sinned."  Everything produces after kind.  Adam's transgression resulted in Spiritual death, which was transmitted to every human being born into this earth.

     Rom.5:18 (Amp) tells us, "Well then, as one man's trespass (one man's false step and falling away) led to condemnation for all men, So One Man's act of Righteousness leads to acquittal and right standing with God and Life for all men."  We couldn't do anything about what we were by the natural seed of Adam which brought death, but we can by receiving Jesus and being born-again by the Seed of Life and Righteousness.

     We now have Life again in our spirit and are born from Above by His Spirit.  We need to develop and learn what this new Life has given us.  Will we just continue in the same manner as we did when we were dead or does our Heavenly Father expect us to grow and develop into the people He intended us to be?  God gave us this New Life, in order to elevate us out of the Law of Sin and Death that we were born into by the seed of the First Adam.

     God didn't give us this new Life only for when we leave this earth, but for us to live while here on earth for Him and through Him.  Jesus said, "It's not Me, but the Father in Me."  This new Life is the Life that God intended His family to enjoy and have in abundance, when He created mankind in the Garden,  God made us in His Image and Likeness and He never intended for us to be without Him.  God intended us to acknowledge His Presence and not be ignorant of His ability.  We must make a decision to acknowledge Him, in order to develop into what and whom He has made us to be again through Jesus.  We're not supposed to remain like we were before receiving this Life in Christ Jesus.  Like we did in the worldly life, we must study and learn from God's Word and His Spirit how to live this new Life He has given us by His Seed, Jesus the Word.

     We've been born into royalty, because Jesus is our Lord and Savior, is the King of Kings, and He is our blood Brother.  We've been born into the Kingdom of Almighty God Himself.  Paul writes about who we are now and what our purpose is in this earth, in 2Cor.5:20 (Amp), saying, "So we are Christ's Ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We, as Christ's personal representatives, beg you for His sake to lay hold of the Divine favor now offered you and be reconciled to God."

     As new creations and ambassadors from the Father and His Kingdom, we are to reveal God's favor and Life in this world, in order to bring those who are in this world without hope, without covenant and without God.  Eph.2:12 says we're to "give life and hope by speaking God's Word (Seed) into the hearts of those still living under the Law of Sin and Death, through the seed of Adam."  We've become the sowers of the Seed of Life through Jesus.  Jesus tells us in Mark 4, that "The sower sows the Word."  We're to sow the Word of Life through Jesus, into the hearts of those who are lost. 

       

Developing the New Creation Lesson 28

     1Peter2:2 (Amp) says, "Like newborn babies, you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure unadulterated Spiritual milk of the Word, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto completed salvation."  The only way the new creation child of God can grow unto completed salvation, is through God's Word.  Many believers only feed on what their pastor preaches on Sunday.  A baby who is only fed a snack on Sundays, wouldn't grow very quickly, if at al,l and would probably not grow unto adulthood.  

     God's Church hasn't reached it's full and greatest purpose, because we haven't been feeding on the Word.  Every individual believer has the responsibility to seek out teaching and grow into the person God has created us to be.  This isn't a matter of going to Heaven when we leave this planet, but is a matter of doing and living the life He intended for us.  Jesus gives "The Parable of the Sower" in Mark 4, where He tells us that the seed that didn't produce anything, is the same seed that produced one hundred fold.  The problem doesn't lie in the seed, but in the heart of the believer.

     I've heard many say, "The Word doesn't work for everyone, but only for certain people."  Anyone can plant a seed and it will grow.  A seed doesn't discriminate between people, choosing which sower it will grow for, but only does what it's created to do.  A sinner and a saved person can both plant a kernel of corn and expect the seed to grow, because the purpose of a seed is to reproduce.  

     The Seed of God's Word is incorruptible and will produce exactly what it says it will do, if it's sown into the soil of our heart.  The Seed of healing will produce healing, if it's sown into good ground, is watered, nourished and taken proper care of.  Jesus speaks about four different types of soil or different people's in His Parable.  Some chose not to believe Him, so the Word or Seed didn't produce anything and the "thief came to steal it" from them, without their fighting to preserve it.

     Others had the same Seed sown into their hearts, but did nothing to protect and nurture the Seed.  These people then complained about not receiving a harvest and stopped believing.  Some allowed the world's view of Christianity to enter in and choke out the seed.  If we allow weeds or cares to grow in our garden, then the Seed will not grow or produce like it's intended, even though it's good Seed.  Paul wrote about this in Rom.12:2 (Amp), saying, "Do not be conformed to this world (age), fashioned after and adapted to it's external (superficial) customs, but be transformed, changed by the entire renewal of your mind, by it's new attitude."

     Every farmer knows that the seed must be planted into the soil and then weeded, watered and cared for, in order to produce what he/she desires.  The Church might need the faith of a farmer, to develop.  This is a simple faith that the seed will produce a harvest.  The farmer doesn't worry about what the seed will grow, but believes in the seed he/she planted.  Even the world knows that everything produces after kind, just like Gen.1:11 (Amp) says, "And God said, Let the earth put forth tender vegetation; plants yielding seed and fruit trees bearing fruit whose seed is in itself, each according to it's kind, upon the earth. And it was so."

     Jesus spoke about this principle, when He referred to God's Word as "Seed," in Mark 4:24 (Amp).  Our spirit or heart is the soil and the words we allow to be sown into it, will determine the harvest.  Many don't understand that all words are seeds.  The words of this age, are seeds which will produce oppression, despair, or even death, in the heart of those who allow these seeds to grow and produce.  Thus Jesus said in Verse 24, "Be careful what you are hearing. The measure of thought and study you give to the Truth you hear, will be the measure of virtue and knowledge that comes back to you-and more besides will be given to you who hear."

     We often give more thought and study to things which contradict God's Word or Seed,  allowing the truth of the world or this age to determine the harvest we receive.  If we are hearing that, "God is the One Who is making you sick and bringing hardship upon you," then we will reap what we sow.  We alone determine what seed we allow to be sown into our hearts.  You might have heard and accepted that "God's making you sick" as being truth and you're reaping the harvest from this.  See what His "Seed Packet or His Word says about planting, watering, caring for, and preparing for a harvest in your life.  

     God's Word says that, "We've been redeemed from the Curse of the Law," but the Curse is still here on earth.  We must keep ourselves from partaking of the Curse, by allowing only the good Seed of God's Word to be planted in our spirit.  We cannot allow others to determine our harvest and bring things to bear that we didn't want or intended to grow.  Jesus said, "Be careful what you hear," because all words are seeds.  We won't read about transgender in the Word, because it only comes from the world.  How many though, believe this is Truth?  The world system is under the deception of the thief who comes only "in order to steal, kill and destroy."  How many believe in the Big Bang Theory and that we evolved from space dust?  These are seeds that will produce unbelief in God and His creation and if allowed to grow, will even cause some to not believe in salvation.  We must heed what we hear and be careful what we're hearing.

     We must go to God's Word and find out what we've been created to be in this new creation being, who is born-again in God's Image and Likeness, by the Seed of Promise, Who is the Last Adam Jesus.  We are not what we once were, sinners. but we've been born-again and regenerated from the incorruptible Seed or Sperm, by the Ever Lasting and Living Word of God.  Every seed produces after kind and the Seed sown for our new creation, was Jesus Himself and He produced after kind.

    

Developing the New Creation Lesson 27

      1Peter 1:23 (Amp) says, "You have been regenerated (born-again), not from a mortal origin (seed or sperm) but from One that is Immortal (by the Ever Living and Lasting Word of God)."

     We all know that everything starts with a seed.  Gen.1:12 (Amp) says, "The earth brought forth vegetation; plants yielding seed according to their own kinds and trees bearing fruit in which was their seed, each according to it's kind. And God saw that it was good, suitable, admirable and He approved it."  God didn't need to continually create the vegetation, animals or mankind, because He made them to with a reproductive seed.  The last thing God created since Genesis, can be found in 2Cor.5:17 (Amp), which says, "Therefore if any person is ingrafted in Christ (the Messiah), he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old previous moral and spiritual condition has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come."

     We, along with everything around us, came from seed.  The Law of Genesis was God's gift.  Seeds though, take time to mature into what the seed dictates.  It takes time for an acorn to grow into an Oak tree, but if placed into good soil and allowed to grow, then it will become a mighty tree.

     We are new creation children of God, who were born-again and created by the Seed of God's Word.  From the time the Seed of salvation was conceived in a person's spirit or heart, the new creation was born.  1Peter 2:2 (Amp) calls the new creation child of God, "a baby."  The Seed produced exactly what it was intended to produce, but like everything that comes from a seed, it starts small.  Thus, Peter says, "Like new born babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure unadulterated Spiritual milk (the Word) that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto completed salvation."

     We don't always understand that certain things God reveals to us, come in the form of a seed.  Instead of nurturing the seed and allowing it to grow, mature and develop into the vision He has revealed, we try making it happen.  The milk and meat of God's Word that is planted in the spirit of a new creation person, will cause this seed to "come into the FULL CORN of the ear," Mark 4, where Jesus gave "The Parable of the Sower."  Jesus said that "The sower sows the seed," which is the Seed of God's Word, into the soil, which is the heart or spirit of a person.  It takes time and care for the Seed to bring forth the Life of the new creation spirit man/woman.  Like natural seeds, the Word can and will do everything God says it will do.  We can speed up the time of maturity, by spending time in prayer, reading God's Word and by listening to the Holy Spirit.

     We sometimes hear the Seed of the Word and try walking in things that haven't matured into the corn on the stalks, which leads us to become discouraged.  We can't allow the world or others to discourage us and we can't dig up the Seed before the harvest.  Remember that doing things in the Spirit of God, goes against nearly everything we've learned in this natural world.  It takes time for the seeds we plant in our garden every spring to grow into a harvest.  This is true in the Spirit Seed of God's Word too.

     Peter refers to the new creation believers as "babies" in God's Kingdom.  There's nothing wrong with a baby, he/she just needs time to develop into adulthood.  The baby is strong, healthy and very much alive in the Kingdom, but he/she is still a babe.  Like Jesus, the baby will grow into adulthood and become a useful citizen in God's Kingdom.  In Luke 2:44-52 (Amp), Jesus was separated from His parents.   They searched for Jesus for three days and found Him in the Temple, where He was learning and asking questions of the teachers.  Jesus went with Mary and Joseph, like an obedient child does.  Verse 52 tells us that, "Jesus increased in Wisdom, in broad and full understanding and in stature and years, and in favor with God and man."

     Before beginning His earthly ministry, Jesus had to allow the Seed to grow and mature.  If this was true for Jesus, then surely it's true for us.  We need to ask questions, learn and grow in spirit.  Most children have the ability to drive a vehicle, but isn't mature enough to navigate the vehicle with wisdom.  We have the ability to walk with God in our new creation spirit, but it takes time to grow and mature into completed salvation.  The Seed is planted, sprouts and grows a stalk, then the ear of corn comes, just like Mark 4 tells us. 

  No one would plant a garden and expect a harvest the next day.  No one would dig up the seed, in order to find out why it didn't produce after one day,  We're confident that after planting, weeding, and watering the seed, it will produce a harvest.  We must allow the Seed of God's Word to grow too, after sowing it in our hearts and watering it with prayer and fellowship with the Holy Spirit.  1Cor.3:9 (Amp) says, "For we are fellow workmen, joint promoters, laborers together with God and for God; You are God's garden and vineyard and field under cultivation; you are God's building." 
   

     

Developing the New Creation Lesson 26

   

     Resurrection Sunday is the greatest day in the history of the universe and I would like to share some things concerning this day, on behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ.  We've known that Jesus died for our sins and trespasses, but we haven't understood the full impact of what happened.  Jesus spoke about the Church and God's new creation people in John 12:24 (Amp), saying, "I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains just one grain; it never become more but lives by itself alone. But if it dies, it produces many others and yields a rich harvest."

     We read about the Law of Firsts which says that everything "produces after kind," in Gen.1:11 (Amp),  Thus, it says, "And God said, Let the earth put forth tender vegetation: plants yielding seed and fruit trees yielding fruit whose seed is in it's self, each according to it's kind on the earth. And it was so."  Today, the Law of the seed producing after kind, still operates like God directed.

     Apple seeds always produce apple trees and the apples have seeds which produce and replenish the apple trees, after it's kind.  Jesus taught the Law of Genesis in John 12:24 (Amp), saying He was as the grain of wheat, which would fall to the earth and die, in order to bring forth the harvest of those who would be like Him, the Seed.  Jesus didn't say that the harvest is the same seed or grain of wheat, but one just like the Seed.  An apple seed will produce an apple tree and every apple will be like the original seed,

     When Jesus rose from the dead, He became The Seed, which perpetuates the entire family of God on earth.  We are the product or example of the rich harvest from the First Seed Who was sown into the ground and died.  We were created from The Seed, after Kind, according to the Law of Genesis.  We're not Jesus, but we're made like Him, after Kind.  We're flesh and blood people, but we're eternal like the First Fruit, Jesus, because every seed will produce after it's kind.

     God didn't need to recreate the things He created in the beginning, because He placed a seed in each one, which would continue to repopulate the earth.  This same seed principle was also in the man that God formed out of the earth.  Adam's fall in the Garden, produced after kind and continued the sin and Spiritual death in every human being, because his seed was contaminated.  Jesus was the Pure Seed of God and produced the new creation persons, who were born and created by that Seed as living and righteous children of God the Father. 

     Mankind has never truly understood the full power of what Jesus has done for and what God has now placed in His new creation family.  We've been born-again and are to sow the Seed into the world and bring forth a greater harvest by the Seed of God's Word.  Jesus said that, "The sower sows the Word," in Mark 4.  We've become sowers of the Seed of God's Word, sowing God's Word into the hearts of the people.  Everyone who receives the Seed in the good soil of his/her heart, has become a new creation, created in the very Image of the Seed, Jesus, according to the Law of Genesis.

     The Truth of The Parable of the Sower, is well known in the natural realm today.  No person would plant a corn seed and expect to reap anything other than corn.  Corn seeds will always produce corn, just like peach seeds will always produce peaches.  This is according to the Law of Genesis, which says every seed will produce after kind.  Jesus became the Seed and will bring forth fruit like Him, a new creation form of a Spirit Man in the flesh.  The First Adam's transgression caused sin and death to be carried on in mankind.  The Last Adam Jesus died and was sown, producing Life into Spiritually dead mankind and bringing about the righteous family of God.

     Before being born in the form of Man, Jesus was and is, the Word of God.  He is the Seed that God Promised, by the Word, according to John 1:14 (Amp), which says, "And the Word, Christ, became flesh (human, incarnate), and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile among us); and we actually saw His Glory, His Majesty, His honor; such Glory as an only Begotten Son receives from His Father, full of Grace and favor, loving kindness and Truth."

     We've been regenerated and born-again through Jesus' Resurrection and His place of Glory with the Father.  The Seed, Jesus, has produced God's new creation people, who are in the image of this same kind of spirit man/woman, by the Truth of God's Word.  Jesus was the only Begotten Son of God, but we see in Rom.6:29 that Jesus is now "The First Born of many brethren."  Jesus is our Lord and Savior, but He is our older Brother.  We are family from the Same Seed, the Word of God, according to 1Pet.1:23 (Amp) which says, "You have been regenerated (born-again), not from a mortal (original seed, sperm), but from One that is Immortal, by the Ever Living and Lasting Word of God."  

    

 

Developing the New Creation Lesson 25

      Every baby needs to learn how to develop into the mature adult we were born to be and the same is true for the newborn child of God.  Every baby was born with what is needed to grow into an adult, but it must be developed.  The baby is born with the muscles of an adult, but they're not developed yet.  These require the proper nourishment and care, in order to become a full-grown adult.

     Babies must also develop their soul (emotions, mind and will).  Unless the child's family is one of born-again believers, the child's spirit isn't developed.  Peter writes about the new creation child of God in 1Peter2:2 (Amp), saying, "Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure, unadulterated, Spiritual milk of the Word, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto completed salvation."

     What is "completed salvation?"  It's walking in a growing knowledge of our new identity in Christ, which requires learning what that identity is.  Eph.4:22-24 (Amp) says, "Strip yourselves of your former nature (put off and discard your old unrenewed self), which characterized your previous manner of life which is becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion; And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind, having a fresh mental and Spiritual attitude. And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God's Image (God like) in true righteousness and holiness."

     Babies need milk when they're first born in order to grow, but their bodies must have solid food  in order to develop strength and maturity.  The child's structure and body is complete, but cannot develop or function without the solid food.  James writes about our growth in Christ in Heb.5:13-14,12,11 (Amp), saying, "For everyone who continues to feed on Spiritual milk is obviously inexperienced and unskilled in the doctrine of righteousness (of conformity to the Divine will in purpose, thought and action) for he is a mere infant; not able to talk yet. But solid food is for full grown men, for those whose senses and mental faculties are trained by practice to discriminate and distinguish between what is morally good and noble, and what is evil and contrary either to Divine or human law."

     Verse12 says, "For even though by this time you ought to be teaching others, you actually need someone to teach you over again the very first principles of God's Word, you have come to need milk, not solid food."  I gave you Verses 12 before Verse 11, because this tells us the results from staying in the milk and not the Word. Thus, it says, "Concerning this we have much to say which is hard to explain, since you have become dull in your Spiritual hearing, and sluggish (even slothful in achieving Spiritual insight)."  We've become content to feed on milk and not grow into responsible adult Christians.

     We seem to reach adolescence and believe we know all there is to know.  If you've ever raised a teenage child, then you understand what I'm saying.  We eventually discover that there's more to life than what we thought as teenagers.  Life's responsibilities are more than we understand as teenagers.  It's not that what they know is wrong, but it's not complete.  We must renew our minds by God's Word and His Spirit, in order to think according to those instead of our carnal minds and develop into the new creation men and women we were born to be in Christ Jesus.

     Paul writes to the new creation people in Rom.8:6-7 (Amp), saying, "Now the mind of the flesh (which is sense and reason without the Holy Spirit), is death; death that comprises all the miseries arising from sin, both here and hereafter; but the mind of the Holy Spirit is Life and soul peace both now and forever. That is because the mind of the flesh with it's carnal thoughts and purposes is hostile to God, for it does not submit itself to God's Laws; indeed it cannot."  This is why we must renew out minds by the meat of God's Word, as well as the milk.  

     In Rom.8:9 (Amp) Paul tells us why we not only should, but must renew our minds by God's Word, saying, "But you are not living the life of the flesh, you are living the Life of the Spirit, if the Holy Spirit of God really dwells within you, directs and controls you."  We develop the mind of Christ and transform us from carnal thinking to Spiritual thinking, by and through the Holy Spirit living in us.  The Holy Spirit will renew our minds from continue seeing ourselves as we once were and reveal who we've been made to be as new creations, according to Rom.8:1-2 (Amp), which says, "Therefore there is now no condemnation, no adjudging guilty of wrong, for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live and walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. For the Law of the Spirit of Life which is in Christ Jesus (the Law of our new being), has freed me from the Law of Sin and of Death."  The renewed mind dwells on who Jesus has made us to be, instead of the carnal person we once were.  We are spirit and made in God's Image, Who is Spirit.

        

Developing the New Creation Lesson 24

      2Cor.5:17 (Amp) says, "Therefore, if any person is ingrafted in Christ Jesus (the Messiah(, he is a new creation (a new creature altogether), the old previous moral and Spiritual condition has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come."

     The new creation man/woman is created once again, in the Image and Likeness of God Himself.  The potential in the new creation spirit, is the potential of our Father, Who is a Spirit.  Functioning in the Spiritual things of God's Kingdom, is natural to the new spirit man/woman.  Everything the Father has Planned for his family is a matter of developing the Spiritual child of God in Spiritual things.

     Everything in the natural realm was alien to every newborn baby, so we needed to develop and learn how to function here.  It would be impossible for a three year old to drive a car and would be dangerous to everyone on the road if that child tried driving.  By the time that child reached the age of fifteen, the law says he/she can get a learner's permit to drive.  It takes time behind the wheel, to develop good driving skills.  The new spirit child of God only needs to believe, in order to cast out devils, open blind eyes heal the sic, and know the Father's Voice.  Jesus said in John 14:12 (Amp), "Those who believe, the works that I do, shall they do also, and greater works than these."

     Most of us still see ourselves more after the natural birthright than our new creation birthright, even after we're born-again.  We seldom see ourselves as a spirit or identity with our new creation birth in the reality of who we've become in Jesus, because the teachings, fleshly habits and the relationship we have with this natural world are so strong within us.  Laying hands on the sick and casting out devils, seems impossible to the newborn spirit-man/woman, like driving a car would be to the three year old.  It's all a matter of developing our natural skills and ability, which come from the Spiritual realm.

     God provided us with instructions on how to develop our new creation person, in His Word.  Everything needed to accomplish what the Father has instructed us to do, is already in our new creation spirit.  Everything God has instructed us to do, when we were created new in Jesus.  Many believers have remained babes in Christ, never having developed into full Spiritual maturity in God's Kingdom.  We still hold onto things we already know in our natural flesh and blood bodies, because it's easier than learning how to function in our spirit.

     We see this same things in the natural realm, but don't recognize it.  This nation was built by immigrants, but today we seem people come from other countries, move to a particular pocket of the country and stay with others from their nation and live like they lived there.  Some never learn English and remain in the culture they were familiar with, rather than developing into what they dreamed of when they came here.  Others though, come from different countries but assimilate, learn the language, develop and achieve greatness in this nation.

     Some people have become citizens of this nation, but remain in the same culture they came from.   The promise of a new and better life dies and never develops in them.  We're citizens of God's Kingdom, but remain in the same culture we came out of, so the new and better life we hoped for when we were born-again, dies in us.  We become frustrated and don't develop or know the laws that govern our new life in Christ.  It requires work and study to learn how to live in the Kingdom, just like it does in the natural realm.  The ability is there, but we must earnestly and diligently pursue it, until it becomes as natural to walk in the spirit, as it is to walk in the flesh.

     We learned how to talk and walk, by listening and learning from our parents or caretakers.  The same is true for the new creation child of God.  We learn how to talk and speak the language of our new birth, from our Heavenly Father.  John 3:34 (Amp) has something to say about Jesus, that many don't see or understand.  Thus, it says, "For since He Whom God has sent speaks the Words of God (proclaims God's Own Message); God does not give Him His Spirit sparingly or by measure, but boundless is the Gift God makes of His Spirit."

     John 8:31-32 (Amp) says, "So Jesus said to those Jews who had believed in Him, If you abide in My Word (hold fast to My teachings and live in accordance to them), you are truly My disciples. And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free."  We learn to speak the Word of the new birth, by listening to the Words that our new Father speaks.  If you were born in Germany, then you most likely learn to speak German.  If you were born in France, then you probably learned how to speak French.  If you are born in the Spirit, then you learn how to speak Spirit.  Jesus said in John 6:63 (Amp), "It is the Spirit Who gives Life (He is the Life-Giver), the flesh conveys no benefit whatever (there is no profit in it). The Words (Truths) that I have been speaking to you are Spirit and Life."

     The language of our new creation Life , comes from the Spirit and Kingdom of God.  We must learn the Word of God, in order the learn the language of the Spirit, because "the flesh has no profit whatever."  I'm not just talking about being baptized in the Holy Spirit and speaking in other tongues, but speaking God's Word in whatever tongue or language we were born into.  In order to communicate to other people about God, we must be able to speak God's Word in understanding.

     Jesus only spoke God's Word, according to John 3:34, but He did so in a language that the crowds around Him could understand.  It was also Spirit, because it was God's Word, which is Spirit.  We must learn, know and believe God's Word, so we can speak like God our Father does.  He is the One through the Holy Spirit, Who teaches His children how to talk.  Paul writes in 1Pet.2:2 (Amp), "Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire), the pure unadulterated Spiritual milk of the Word, that by it you may be nurtured and grow into completed salvation."

     We must go from the milk of God's Word, to the meat of the Word, in order to develop into completed salvation.  If you've ever been in a veal barn (where they raise veal calves), then you will notice how they have no strength in their muscles, even though they have the same muscles as grain fed calves.  They become so weak that they can barely walk, because  they're only fed milk.  Some new creation people have received the milk, but not the meat of God's Word, so they have no strength to withstand trials that come.

     Our new creation spirit has everything needed to reach completed salvation in God's family, but it takes effort to strengthen him/her.  We must learn the language and Word of our Father, in order to receive strength needed to become the mature people we were created to be in Christ Jesus.  We already have the muscles it takes to grow into maturity, but it takes more than milk to develop them.

Developing the New Creation Lesson 23

     Rom.8:1 (Amp) says, "Therefore there is now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong), for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live and walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit."

     The remaining of the above chapter, tells us what God has truly done for us, through Jesus.  The "dictates of the flesh" will continually accuse us with our past lives and will never allow us to be free The condemnation holds us back from developing into what God has made us to be.  The carnal mind, the flesh and the natural man cannot conceive the Truth of God's Word that tells us, we've "Been made to be the Righteousness of God."  Being dictated by the flesh, will keep us in guilt and condemnation, but the Dictates of the Spirit will tell us who've we become in Christ and "There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."

     The world system and man-made rituals and traditions have amplified this struggle in God's Church.  Carnal sermons and teachings will only continue this struggle.  It's difficult enough to "Keep our minds stayed on Him," without our church leaders keeping us focused on our past, sinful lives, which causes us to be double-minded.  Many have taught that God is testing and trying us, which leaves us with nowhere to go for deliverance.  We'll have enough trials and tests on this earth, without God needing to create new ones for us.  Jesus prayed in John 17:15,22 (Amp), "I do not ask that You will take them out of the world, but that You will keep and protects them from the evil one."

     Jesus continues in Verse 22, speaking about the soon coming new birth.  Thus, He prays, "I have given to them the Glory and Honor which You have given Me, that they may be one even as We are One."  God has crowned the new creation being with the same Glory and Honor that Jesus has.  We must listen to the Dictates of the Spirit and not the flesh, in order to receive this.  The flesh will see this as being prideful, while the spirit will receive it as Grace and Love.

     Studying God's Word will show us that this was God's intention from the Garden of Eden.  David was singing and seeking God in Psalm 8:4-5 (Amp), asking God, "What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of earth born man that You care for him? Yet You have made him but a little lower than God and You have crowned him with Glory and Honor." 

     This Glory and Honor is the very Glory of God Himself, Who lives in the spirit of every born-again, new creation child of God.  We continue seeing on the weakness of the flesh and our shortcomings, but the Father sees the heart or spirit, which is once again in His Own Image and Likeness.  The natural, carnal, flesh man will dictate our every failure and fault to us, but the spirit will always encourage and reveal the Truth of what Jesus has done for and through us.  Paul writes in Rom.12:2 (Amp), "Do not be conformed to this world (this age), fashioned after and adapted to it's external, superficial customs, but be transformed, changed by the entire renewal of your mind, by it's new ideals and attitude, so that you may prove for yourselves what is that Good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is Good, acceptable and perfect in His sight for you."

     Paul didn't tells us, "You never know what God will do" or "Thy will be done," but said we could know the perfect, acceptable and Good will of God, in our lives and for ourselves.  We must renew our minds by God's Word and His Spirit, so we can know the Dictates of the Spirit.  This requires spending time and fellowshiping with Him.  Every individual believer must willingly desire and act to do this.

     Jesus has done everything needed for us, but if we don't know what He has done, then we'll never walk in God's perfect will for us.  Many believers don't study God's Word for ourselves, but have depended on our pastor to study for us and tell us what God's will is.  If we don't have a personal relationship with the Father, then we'll miss His will for us and for what He would have us do and be in this world.  

     We must learn the difference between how God dealt with those who weren't Spirit filled, new creation people and how He deals with the new covenant people.  God dealt with the old covenant people by the Law and sacrifice, but He deals with the new covenant people by Grace, love and the spirit.  We can see how Jesus dealt with those He ministered to and how God dealt with those who weren't alive to Him in their spirit.  The Law was for the carnal man/woman, but Grace is for the new creation being.  God couldn't deal with those in the old covenant by the Indwelling Holy Spirit, but only by their outer, carnal man of flesh.  We don't have to meet requirements of certain feast days and sacrifice, but only believe in the One Sacrifice Jesus, Who has fulfilled the Law, gave Life to the spirit, delivered us from The Curse of the Law and has not only made us free, but has made us one with Himself.

     We must go beyond the cross where Jesus Paid the Price for us and see ourselves the way the Father sees us.  We are "heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ Jesus", according to Rom.8:17.  Does this mean we're these things only when we get to Heaven, or does it mean that Heaven is ours now and we now have the same inheritance Jesus received from the Father?  We received this inheritance when Jesus sat down at God's right hand and all that Heaven has, is now ours to enjoy and share with Him.  Heb.4:16 tells us that, "Through Jesus, we have access to God's Own Throne of Grace and are welcome and accepted there in His Presence for whatever favor and Grace we need to walk out this life of the spirit, in this world."

     We've been told that, "Everything that happens in this world is God's will," but nothing could be further from the Truth.  If everything that happened was God's will, then Jesus wouldn't have needed to come.  Jesus didn't do the cross to put people into bondage, but to set the captives free.  Do we believe that when millions of babies are being aborted, it's God's will?  Do we believe that when children and adults are kept in the sex trade, is God's will?  Do we think it's God's will for people to suffer and die from cancer and disease?  If these things are God's will, then why would He have Jesus heal the people from disease and sickness or cast demons out of them?  Why would Jesus commission believers to "Go out into the world and lay hands on the sick, cast out devils and minister to those who are oppressed," if these things were God's will for us?

     If we don't know if it's God's will for us to be sick or well, then how can we know if God's will is being done or if satan is trying to kill us?  Why bother going to the doctor, if we believe it's God's will for us to be sick?  Being double-minded stops the Dictates of the Spirit in our lives and enhances the dictates of the flesh.  We must renew our minds by God's Word, so we will know the Dictates of the Spirit in our lives.  

    James 1:6-8 (Amp) says, "If any of you be deficient in Wisdom, let him ask of the Giving God Who gives to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or fault finding, and it will be given to him. Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering, no hesitation, no doubting. For the one who wavers, hesitates, doubts, is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything he asks for from the Lord. For being as he is a man of two mind (dictates of flesh and Dictates of the Spirit and not judging the difference) hesitating, dubious, irresolute, he is unstable and unreliable and uncertain about everything he thinks, feels, decides."

     We must set out minds and hearts (spirits) on the Grace and Truth of God's Word and receive the Dictates of the Spirit, instead of the worldly rituals and man-made traditions.  The true potential of the new creation man/woman has only been revealed through a few persons, and even then, in limited ways.  We've watched men like John G. Lake, Smith Wigglesworth and others who walked in the Super-natural things of God, believing they were special in God's eyes.  Every new creation son and daughter of God is supposed to walk in these things.  I've been asked, "Brother Jim, do you really think Jesus meant for all of us to walk in that?"  Why else would Jesus say in Mark 16:17-18 (Amp), "And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe. In My Name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages; They will pick up serpents; and even if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them, and they will lay their hands on the sick and they will get well."  

    Jesus didn't say these things will follow "only a few special people," but "those who believe."   We are born-again believers, but what do we believe"  I know many Christians who don't believe in speaking in tongues or casting out demons.  Are they believers?  Yes, but they can only believe so far.  The dictates of the flesh and unrenewed carnal mind seems to keep people in darkness to the Super-natural things of God. Jesus told those who doubted Who He was, "If you don't believe the things I say, then at least believe the things I do."  Even those with hard hearts can accept and be saved, when they see the signs and wonders that only God can do.  This is the calling of the new creation children of God.  Jesus prayed in John 17:18 (Amp), "Just as You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world."  We're not the Messiah, but we believe in Jesus and will do what the Father did in Him.  Jesus said that, "I only do what I see My Father do."  This is as natural to our spirit man/woman, like breathing is to the natural man/woman. 

     The great men and women we read about, aren't so much special to God, but are those who chose God special.  Are we willing to do what they did and choose God over the world?

       

     

Developing the New Creation Lesson 22

      2Corinthians 5:17 (Amp) says, "Therefore if any person is ingrafted in Christ Jesus (the Messiah), he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old previous moral and Spiritual condition has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come."

     Every person has to come to the cross and receive the Sacrifice of Jesus, in order to become a new creation.  There is no more sacrifice, by which mankind can be saved.  Jesus was our Substitute for the forgiveness of sin, our Redemption and our Righteousness with God.  Many believers have never dared to go beyond the Cross, into what the Word calls the new creation.

     Paul writes about who Christ has made us to be in Rom. 6:3-5 (Amp), saying, "Are you ignorant of the fact that all of us who have been baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into His death? We were buried therefore with Him by the baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the Glorious Power of the Father, so that we too might habitually live and behave in newness of Life (the new creation man). For if we have become one with Him by sharing a death like His, we shall also be one with Him in sharing His Resurrection by a new life lived for God."

     We were Spiritually raised from the Law of Sin and Death, into a new creation life lived in Jesus.  This resurrection isn't the "glorified body," but the resurrection of our dead spirit into the Life of God again.  We read about this resurrection in Eph. 2:12 (Amp), which says, "Remember that you were at that time separated, living apart from Christ, excluded from all part in Him, utterly estranged and outlawed from the rights of Israel as a nation, and strangers with no share in the sacred compacts of the Messianic Promise with no knowledge of our right in God's agreements. And you had no hope (no Promise), you were in the world without God."

     Col.2:12-13 (Amp) says, "Thus you were circumcised when you were buried with Him in your baptism, in which you were also raised with Him to a new life through your faith in the working of God as displayed when He raised up Jesus from the dead. And you were dead in trespass in the uncircumcision of your flesh (your sensuality, your sinful carnal nature), God brought to life together with Christ, having freely forgiven us all our transgressions."

     The new creation man/woman was raised from Spiritual death in sin and trespasses, into a completely new creation being who was made one spirit with Jesus.  1Pet.2:2 (Amp) says, "Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure unadulterated Spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow into completed salvation."  We feed the new creation baby with the Spiritual milk of God's Word, so we may grow into maturity in God.  We must go on in Jesus, from who we were at the cross and became new creation, in order to find out who we've become by Him and grow-up in Him as sons and daughters of God.

     Milk will sustain babies for a time, but then a baby will need solid food.  James writes in Heb. 5:11-13 (Amp), "Concerning this we have much to say which is hard to explain, since you have become dull in your Spiritual hearing and sluggish, even slothful in achieving Spiritual insight.      Many believers today are still living as "mere infants," and not going beyond being saved and growing into mature children of God.  Jesus was still God's Son, even in His earthly Body, with the Life of God in His Spirit.  We're likewise, sons and daughters of God, by our newborn spirit.  We're still in our physical bodies, so we can do the works of God on earth.  Paul tells us in the above scripture that, we've become "one Spirit with Christ."

     Jesus said that "Signs will follow those who believe," in Mark 16.  This is the Super-natural Power and ability to heal the sick and cast out demons.  The Power of God's Spirit that created us in this new creation, is the Same Holy Spirit Who lived in Jesus, during His earthly ministry.  God Himself now lives in us and we're supposed to walk in the Super-natural Power, like Jesus did.

     We're not Jesus and will never be, but while we're here on earth, we're His Body and we're to do the things Jesus did.  This wasn't just for the twelve disciples or the early Church, but is to be continued until Jesus returns.  We've discarded the Super-natural ability of the Holy Spirit living in us, for rituals and traditions.  Jesus said, "It's not Me, but the Father in Me Who does the work."  The Same Father, by the Holy Spirit, is now living in us!

     We're not the ones doing the work, but the new creation person who is one Spirit with God, who does the work.  We're only required to believe in His Ability in us.  We've been talked out of the new creation privilege and ability and have been content to remain babes in Christ, instead of becoming who we were born again to be.  The old man/woman has been crucified with Christ and have been created new, just like Jesus was on this earth.  We're physical men and women who are filled with God Almighty.  The Same Word and Holy Spirit Who created this universe now lives in us, in order to do the things that only God can do.  We must allow Him to do it and believe in what He created us to be.

     We're no longer sinners, but are new creation children of God.  Our old way of doing things is gone and has been replaced by the new creation children of God.  We must accept what Jesus has done for us and be who He has made us to be.  2Cor.5:17 (Amp) says, "Therefore, if any person is in Christ (the Messiah), he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old previous moral and Spiritual condition has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come."  We must stop thinking about who we used to be and begin learning about who Christ has made us to be now.  We need to live in God and let Him live in us.  Jesus said in John 10:10, "I have come to give you Life in abundance."  He wasn't speaking about the life we had, but about His Life in the Father, which allows us to live above this life of the flesh and live in the new creation person He made us to be.   

Developing the New Creation Lesson 21

      God has raised His Church to be an invading force against His enemy and the enemy of His people.  Jesus sent us forth, in order to "set a liberty all those who are bound."  We must learn how to bring the new creation man/woman into maturity and understanding.  Our Heavenly Father didn't create His family to be run over and destroyed by the enemy.  He made us a people filled with the Spirit of God Himself and who walk in His ability.  God doesn't need our ability, but our availability.  He is all the ability we will ever need.

     We must learn to trust Him and become aware, like Jesus was, that "It's not us, but God in us Who does the work."  Our nation is under attack today and it's not a political thing, but a Spiritual thing meant to put us under the enemy's dominion.  God has raised up a people who have discernment and insight into what the enemy is doing and how to deal with it.  God's Church must move beyond our differences and together, do what God has created us to be.  Jesus said in Matt. 24:7 (Amp), "Nation will rise against nation, and Kingdom against kingdom."  The kingdom of darkness has declared war on the Kingdom of God.
     It would be foolish to send children into battle.  It God's Church functions as children, then we will fall to the enemy.  This Administration isn't run by politicians, but by the enemy's forces.  Eph.6:12 (Amp) says, "We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities and powers, the master spirits who are the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly Super-natural sphere."  Political parties aren't the real enemy, but are entities satan uses to destroy the people and the nation.

     God's Church has authority over spirits of darkness and the world doesn't understand what we're discussing here.  This earth isn't "the world."  The world is the demonic system the enemy uses to keep mankind in bondage to him.  This earth has never before been subjected to a total lock down by the enemy, like we've been experiencing.   The enemy has taken this opportunity to restart and reset his system, so we'll be under his control when thing open up again.  We can see this in America now in a different light, because of the cancel culture operating here.

     We've watched the first fifty days of a new administration, how ungodly laws and statutes have been put in place which are in direct opposition to God's laws and His statutes.  This is not about Democrats or Republicans, but about satan and his plan to destroy what God has put into place and which helped make our country great.  God raised up leaders in Numbers 13, in order to take the land He Promised to them, but the people couldn't be convinced to follow these leaders.  God is raising leaders in our Land today and we will hopefully follow them into victory in God's Word.  

     It's not God's will that His people be subjected to the enemy's tactics.  We're supposed to be the Light and salt of this earth, but when the salt "has lost it's savor," then it's no longer good for anything.  It's foolishness in God's eyes, for us to become complacent and accept anything and everything in the guise of love.  God hasn't changed His stand against what is right and what is not.  It's time for us to stand with God's Word.  God won't conform His Word to what we think, but we're to bring our thinking in line with His Word.

     Rom.12:2 (Amp) says, "Do not be conformed to this world (age), fashioned after and adapted to it's external, superficial customs, but be transformed, changed by the entire renewal of your mind, by it's new ideals and it's new attitude."  Abortion, the changing of gender identity and the cancel culture are alright in our culture today, but they're not God's will or intent for only His people, but for all people.  They're not according to His Word and His Plan.  Luke 4:5-6 (Amp) tells us, "Then the devil took Him [Jesus] up to a high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the habitable world in a moment of time (in the twinkling of an eye). And he said to Him, To You I will give all this power and authority and their glory (all their magnificence, excellence, per-eminence, dignity and Grace); for it has been turned over to me and I give it to whomever I will."  Who turned it over to him?  Adam did.  When Adam transgressed in the Garden of Eden, he gave the authority and command God had given to him, over to satan.  Jesus has restored this authority and command back to the Church.  Will we too, turn this authority over to the enemy or will we walk in what Jesus has delivered into our hands again?

     When America restarts after this shutdown, it will reveal a nation like we've never seen or before imagined.  Prayer and the Church's voice are God's Voice in this world and we must put faith in God's Word and not government.  2Chron.7:14 is our prayer and we must place our faith in what God says He'll do if we pray and repent, when He says, "I will heal our Land."  If we turn from His covenant with Jesus, and with us, through Jesus, and use our own understanding, then that will be disastrous.  The Father wants His Church to be unified as one Body, but this is determined by each every individual.  No pastor can make the whole Body unify, but every person in the Body can change to follow God's will and purpose.  No one can "make" you do what God desires, but those who listen to His Word and His Spirit will choose do follow Him for themselves.  This isn't the time to be passive or complacent, but to be strong in the Lord and in the Power of His Might. 

Developing the New Creation Lesson 20

     We've been faithful to lead people to Christ, but then we teach them what we "think" the Word says.  If we don't believe in the Super-natural intervention of the Holy Spirit, then those Christians won't develop into what the new creation man/woman is and will remain as "mere men," like Paul writes about.  They are saved or born-again, but don't believe the Super-natural things of God only pertains to when they die and go to Heaven.  God doesn't need us to walk in the deliverance or healing power, when we get to Heaven.  I assure you that no one in Heaven needs healing or deliverance.  We are called to bring the Power of God's Kingdom into this world.

     The Power of the Holy Spirit is only needed and necessary here, because there are no blind, sick, bound, or needy persons in Heaven.  All that Jesus gave us, by the new creation, is to be used here and now.  Jesus taught us to pray, "Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven."  The natural man/woman can only be sick in this earth.  The new creation man/woman is a spirit and is made to be "One Spirit with Christ Jesus."

     When we teach the babes in Christ that the Super-natural things of God have "passed away," we are handicapping them from becoming what God intended.  If we trained and taught our natural children to believe that, "there's no need for school and education," then we'd be keeping them in an ignorant state and not giving them the tools needed to succeed in life.

     Being born-again is the greatest miracle we can ever experience, but if we don't understand what happened when we accepted Christ as our Savior, then we'll remain carnal Christians and miss out in what our Father intended us to be.  Jesus prayed about His followers, both then and now, in Gethsemane, saying in John 17:16 (Amp), "They are not of this world (worldly, belonging to the world); just as I am not of the world."  The new creation person is of the same Kingdom and part the same Super-natural state of being that Jesus Himself is from.  The new creation person isn't limited to the natural ability to deal with this world, but is like Jesus was in His earthly ministry.  Our ability is now unlimited, through the knowledge of God's Kingdom.

     Jesus never met a need according to the limited things of the natural man, but always drew His needs for people, by the unlimited resources of the Kingdom.  We might be able to meet some natural needs by ourselves, but we'll be able to meet the needs of the Spirit and Kingdom on our own.  If we continue trying to accomplish Spiritual need by our own ability, then we've decided that we don't need God or His ability.  The Church is a Super-natural entity, which was created to walk in the Super-natural realm.

     When we overcome the fear of failing when doing what Jesus instructed us to do, then we'll begin seeing God as He really is.  If we fear that laying hands on the sick won't work, then we've forgotten that "It's the Father in us Who does the work."  Jesus never intended that we lay hands on others in our own ability, but by the ability of the One Who dwells in us.  No natural man/woman has the ability to cast our demons, heal the sick, open blind eyes or restore missing limbs.  God intended that we'd have confidence in the Holy Spirit Who lives in us, so we could use the Authority of Jesus' Name that He has given us and do what needs to be done.

     We believe that there is no God, but our God and that Jesus is truly Lord of all, but the unsaved will think we're just preaching another religion, if they don't see that our God is real.  Jesus proved Who and What He was, when He said, "If you can't believe the Words that I am telling you, then at least believe the Works that I do."  Jesus backed up what He preached by the signs that followed Him, through the Anointing and the Spirit.  We're not Jesus and will never be Jesus, but we've been Anointed and born sons and daughters of God, by the Same Spirit.  The "signs and wonders" Jesus spoke about and performed, are just God Being God.  God wants every person to be delivered from the enemy's hands and be risen from Spiritual death into Life in Him.

     Jesus' entire ministry on earth, was return order back to all the enemy had stolen, killed and destroyed.  The restoration of mankind back into what God had intended from the beginning, was the whole order of Jesus' earthly ministry.  He commanded us to do the same and gave the new creation people marching orders in Mark 16., telling us to, "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel."  Jesus then said, "These signs will follow those who believe."  Jesus didn't say these would follow only a certain few, but "all who believe."

     Do you believe?  Jesus said these signs will follow those who believe, saying, "In the authority of My Name, you shall cast out devils, heal and deliver  those who are bound."  The Super-natural comes when we believe in what Jesus said and what He has already done.  This is the very essence of the ability of God to reveal Himself to the world, through us and in a way they've never seen before, in reality.

     This is what happened in The Book of Acts.  The disciples emerged from the Upper Room and didn't preach laws or rituals, but brought God into reality by the demonstration of His Nature and ability to the people.  They could now see and know God for themselves, instead of just hearing about "another god.'  God didn't need only the priests and certain people to demonstrate Himself to the world, but could use all men and women who had faith in what he said.  

     This is what I call, "walking naturally Super-natural."  We still have a natural body and are living in this natural world, but we walk Super-natural by the privilege of becoming new creations.  We still have natural flesh and blood bodies, like Jesus had on this earth.  We have the Super-natural Life and Spirit of God living in these houses of flesh.  The Super-natural isn't only available when we "feel" like it, but is continuously present and available, by faith in what Jesus has done.

     Our flesh isn't a new creation, but our dead spirit is now alive unto God and God Himself is the Life continuously within us.  If we don't develop the new creation to this Truth, then the world will think it's just another religion and isn't real.  Every child of God should be taught who they've become when they received Jesus into their hearts or spirits.  God says that then, "I will live in them and walk in them, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people."

Developing the New Creation Lesson 19

     Many new creation children of God still see themselves as who they were before being born-again, with the distinction of going to Heaven when they die.  They believe they're "just old sinners saved by Grace," whore are still unrighteous and unworthy.  Many of today's churches could exist without God by the laws and rituals they've established.  The Super-natural things of God have been removed and replaced by man's ideals of what is required to serve Him.  

     Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane just prior to His death in John 17:15-26 (Amp).  He prayed for those who were there with Him and for everyone who would come to follow Him, saying in Verses 16-18, "They are not of this world (worldly, belonging to this world), Just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them, purify, consecrate, separate them for Yourself, make the holy by the Truth, Your Word is Truth. Just as You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world."

     Jesus wasn't saying that the things that happen in the world aren't important to God.  He was saying that we're not limited to what the world has in order to function, but we're now unlimited by the function of God's Kingdom.  John 3:16 tells us that, "God so Loved the world, that He sent His Only Begotten Son, so that whosoever believes in Him might be saved."  We read this, but fail to involve ourselves int the laws and politics that run and rule the world.  The earth and the world are two separate things.  The world or world system aren't the same things in God's eyes and shouldn't be the same in our eyes.

     When we were living in the world, we were without the power and Wisdom of God to change and save that which was lost.  We were created new and are living in the council and ability of God's Kingdom, so we're no longer limited in what we can do to change the way the world functions.  Laws are being established in America, which should be passed or canceled by those who are operating by Kingdom Laws.  Abortion isn't a Kingdom Law in any nation and the new creation people should have raised the Voice of God concerning these ungodly laws.  These laws hold the lost under the world's standards, instead of "God's way of doing and being right," according to Matt.6:33.  Who will give voice to the world, if the Body of Christ doesn't?

     Many Christians have been taught that politics and voting are carnal and worldly, so they abstain from what they consider to be "secular."  We Christians are "in this world, but not of the world."  This doesn't mean we must be controlled by the things of the world, but we're to change them, like Jesus did.  Jesus didn't overthrow the rule of the Romans, but He birthed a people of God's Kingdom who changed the rule of Law, by God's Word and His Holy Spirit.

     Jesus prayed in the above scripture, saying, "Just as You have sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world."  Jesus' entry into the world,, changed the way mankind thought and acted, for "whosoever would believe."  Acts 4:16-17 (Amp) tells us what happened on the Day of Pentecost, when Jesus' followers emerged from the Upper Room.  Thus it says, "What are we to do with these men? For that an extraordinary miracle has been performed by (through) them, is plain to all the residents of Jerusalem and we cannot deny it."  Even the ungodly people couldn't deny the Super-natural intervention of God, through His people who were no longer of this world.  The thing that sets the early Church apart from today's Church, is the demonstration of what the Name of Jesus was.  This wasn't just "lip service," like many today do at the end of their prayers, when they say, "In Jesus' Name, Amen."  Many add this as a P.S. at the end of their prayers and have very little faith that their prayers will be answered.

     We read about many miracles that the early Church performed in Acts, and how these changed things.  After receiving a miracle at the Gates of the Temple, the once crippled man jumped up and ran leaping into the Temple and praising God.  The people asked about the miracle they were seeing in Acts 3:16 (Amp) and Peter answered, "And His Name (Jesus) through and by faith in His Name, has made this man whom you see and recognize well and strong. Yes, the faith which is through and by Him (Jesus) has given the man this perfect soundness of body before all of you."

     Like Jesus was sent into the world by His Father, the early Church changed the known world, even until today.  We've functioned by man-made ideas, instead of functioning like Jesus functioned, believing that the Super-natural things of God's Kingdom "have passed away and are no longer for us today."  The world didn't need another religion.  It needed the Very Presence of the Almighty God Himself..  There were already thousands of religions in the world, which put people back into bondage, but Jesus came to take the people out of bondage.  He came to set the captives free, not to enslave them into another religion which is powerless to set them free.

     The divorce rate in today's Church is as high as that of the world.  Many are still in the same bondage they were in, before being saved.  The Power to break the chains of addiction and the other things that bind them, has been reduced to therapy and other hopeless programs the world offers.  The voice of one atheist woman removed prayer from our schools, while the voice of the Church was silent and without power to stop it.  There are laws and statutes ruling our nation that are Anti-God and Anti-common sense.  Even the unsaved are groaning under the bondage of an Anti-God government rule.  Prov. 6:9-11 (Amp) says, "How long will you sleep, O sluggard? When will you arise out of your sleep? Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to lie down and sleep-So will your poverty come like a robber, or one who travels with slowly but surely approaching steps, and your want like an armed man making you helpless."

     The enemy has been coming, "Slowly but surely," and we haven't waken up in time to prevent what is happening now.  This is the Great Awakening that we've been praying for and the new creation Church of Jesus must wake up from our religious slumber.  We must use the Authority given us by Jesus, in order to bring our nation back to God.  The world wasn't given this Authority, but the Church was.  Many of our leaders don't know God and lack the wisdom and/or inclination to rule in Godliness and Righteousness.  It's not too late for God's people to do like 2Chron.7:14 (Amp) where God says, "If My people, Who are called by My Name, shall humble themselves (pray, seek, crave and require of necessity), My Face and turn from their wicked (or twisted) ways, Then will I hear from Heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land."  Our nation has become sick and only God can heal it and He will do it through His people. 

Developing the New Creation Lesson 18

     1Cor. 6:9-11 (Amp) says, "Do you not know that the unrighteous and wrong doers will not inherit or have any share in the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived (misled); neither the impure and immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who participate in homosexuality, nor cheats, swindlers and thieves, nor greedy graspsers, nor drunkards, nor foul mouthed revilers and slanderers, nor extortioners and robbers will inherit nor have any share in the Kingdom of God. And such were some of you once. But you were washed clean, purified by a complete atonement for sin and made free from the guilt of sin, and you were consecrated, set apart, hallowed, and you were justified, pronounced righteous by trusting in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit of God."

     The above scripture describes who we once were and reveals what God has made us to be, through Jesus.  So many times, Christians refer to ourselves as still being in sin, unrighteous and unworthy.  God has made us and sees us as being righteous worthy and without sin, by faith in His Grace and Jesus' Sacrifice.  We must teach the babes in Christ the Truth of who they now are, forgetting who they were before being born-again.

     Do we truly believe what Jesus has done for us?  Or, are we afraid to trust God's Word over our carnal thoughts and feelings?  Are we like those Paul says are "mere men" and not new creations?  Through Jesus' Great Sacrifice and faith in that Sacrifice, we've been given righteousness, right standing, along with the Blood bought right and privilege to come once more into the Throne Room of Grace.  We've been given the privilege of speaking face-to-face and spirit to Spirit, with the Almighty God, as our Loving Father.

     Peter tells us in 1Peter 2:2 (Amp) that, "The Word of God, the pure unadulterated Spiritual milk that gives growth to the newborn babes in Christ."  Denominational doctrines and opinions, will not bring us into Truth, because only the Word of God can do so.  It doesn't matter what our opinion about it is, it is still Truth.  God no longer sees us by who we used to be or by what we did before being born-again.  Paul persecuted, imprisoned and killed believers, but says in 1Cor. 4:4 (Amp), I am not conscious of anything against myself, and I feel blameless; but I am not vindicated and acquitted before God on that account; it is the Lord Himself Who examines me and judges me."  Paul feels this way, because he knows that it's God Who sees, examines and judges him.

     When God's children learn who we are in His Presence, it gives us the assurance, hope and confidence that God hears and wants to "Be our Ever Present help in the time of need."  Sadly, many believe they're still just sinners, so their prayers won't be heard by a Holy God.  We lose hope and faith, believing that our prayers weren't answered, because "It's God's will."  Children know what they can ask their parents or caregivers for, so they ask according to their parent's/caregiver's will.  We're born of God, filled with His Spirit and can know what His will is by reading His Word.  Col.1:9 (Amp) plainly says that, "It's God's will that we know His will."  Thus, it says, "For this reason (their love) we also, from the day we heard of it, have not ceased to pray and make special request for you, asking that you may be filled with the full, deep and clear knowledge of His will in all Spiritual Wisdom and comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God, and in understanding and discernment of Spiritual things."

     Today's Church is still debating whether or not healing is God's will, when His Word has confirmed that it is.  Jesus instructed His followers in Mark 16:15 (Amp) to, "Go into all the world to preach the Gospel and these signs will follow those who believe what they hear."  One of the "signs," is that we would lay hands on the sick and they would recover.  James 5:14-15 (Amp) tells us that, "If there are any sick among the Church, then they should call upon the elders of the Church, who would anoint them with oil, pray the prayer of faith and lay hands on them; and the Lord will raise them up."  If it wasn't God's will to heal them, then He would never have bothered directing the elders to lay hands on the sick.  Many pray, "If it be Thy will," because they don't know what God's will is.  They believe that if it's God's will that the sick are healed, then the people they're praying for will be healed.  And, if it's not God's will that the sick are healed, then they might die.  Why are we even praying, if we don't believe God's Word, which says, "By Jesus' striped we are healed?"

     Tradition and carnal thinking have undermined true faith in God's Word.  We wait to see whether laying hands on the sick works or not, instead of believing and seeing that it does work.  It doesn't depend on someone's testimony, but the Truth of God's Word.  If these things weren't His will, then why would Jesus tell us to do them?  If it's not God's will that we pray and trust Him, then what good is prayer?  Shooting a prayer into the galaxy and hoping it finds someone to answer, is more hopeless than playing the lottery.  We have God's Word, which tells us God will hear and answer our prayers of faith.  This is how we got saved.

  

Developing the New Creation Lesson 17

      2Cor. 5:17 (Amp) says, "Therefore, if any person is ingrafted in Christ Jesus (the Messiah), he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old previous moral and Spiritual condition has passed away. Behold, all things have become fresh and new."

     Many in today's Church have had a more difficult time believing the above scripture, than any other Promise in God's Word.  If we could believe that our "old previous and moral Spiritual condition has passed away" and "all things have become new," then it would be easier to set our faith to believe the rest of God's Promises.  Getting pas the memory of who we used to be and accepting who Jesus has made us to be, is probably the highest hurdle we face.  The greatest miracle the Father has done, is what He's done for us through Jesus.

     An unrenewed, carnal mind cannot accept the Promise of His Word through Jesus.  2Cor. 5:21 tells us that, "He has made us to be the righteousness of God, through and in Christ Jesus."  We continue seeing our old natural selves and try perfecting the flesh, in order to believe this Promise.  We do need to discipline the flesh to meet that which has come into our spirit, but we don't need to reach perfection in order to accept what has already been done in the spirit.  The Father sees us the way the new creation has made us to be, despite how the flesh looks.

     God is Righteous and does nothing outside of His Righteousness.   We keep trying to become righteous enough to get our prayers answered.  This is because we're looking at the flesh and not the Word.  As new creation people, we're to govern and live our lives by what Jesus has done and not by what we've done.  We must move past looking at our flesh the way we see it and begin seeing it as God sees it, in order to develop our new creation person into the mature child of God.

     Paul got hold of this Revelation and lived his life in that manner.  He writes in Gal.2:20 (Amp), "I have been crucified with Christ, (in Him I have shared His crucifixion); it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (adherence to and reliance on, and complete trust in) the Son of God Who Loved me and gave Himself up for me."

     We read that, "I have been crucified with Christ," but fail to realize that in God, this body is already dead.  The only Life God sees in us, is the Life that has raised us from the dead in Jesus.  This doesn't mean we allow the flesh to rule our lives, but that we develop the new creation man/woman to rule over the flesh, by faith in God's Word.  We've been waiting until we get home in the Kingdom, to abolish all of our natural impulses.  We're already home in God's eyes and are "seated together with Christ Jesus in Heavenly places", according to Eph. 2:6 (Amp) which says, "And He (God) raised us up together with Him (Jesus) and made us to sit down together, giving us joint seating with Him in the Heavenly sphere, by virtue of our being in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One)."

     God sees the new creation person as already raised and seated with Him, in Jesus.  This is far more than the carnal mind can comprehend or imagine.  This is why we must develop the new creation person after God's Word and His Spirit, instead of man's carnal ideas and customs.  Should Jesus tarry in His return, this natural body will die and be buried, because of the sin nature which is still in the flesh.  Rom. 5:12 (Amp) says, "Therefore, as sin came into the world through one man (Adam), and death as the result of sin, so death spread to all men, no one being able to stop it, or to escape it's power, because all men sinned. The wages of sin is death.

     The sin that was inherited by Adam, came into every person born by his seed.  We've been born-again and are new creations, according to 1Peter 1:23 (Amp) which says, "But you have been regenerated (born-again), not from a mortal origin (seed, sperm), but from One that is Immortal by the Ever Living and Lasting Word of God."

     The natural man/woman is born of Adam and has the seed of sin and death in it,but the new man/woman born of God's Word, is "one spirit with the Lord."  We are righteous and without sin, by the new birth of the Seed, Word of God.  We're still in this flesh, which is still under sin and death.  It's the work of the Word, Holy Spirit and the new creation person to hold this sin nature under dominion of the Word and the Holy Spirit and develop the new creation person.

     Rom. 8:1 (Amp) says, "Therefore, there is now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus; who lives and walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit."  If we allow the flesh to dictate and describe us by our old sin nature, then we won't be able to accept what the Spirit says about us.  The flesh will keep us bound by the memory of who we were in the world before being born of God.  This is why Paul tells us to renew our minds by God's Word and His Spirit.  The flesh can dictate the sins of our old man/woman, but if we keep the flesh crucified, then IT IS DEAD.  Jesus told us to, "Take up your cross daily."  This means we're to continue keeping the flesh dead by crucifixion and keep our spirit alive by the Word of God.  

     Many still think with our carnal minds, which keeps us under condemnation and unbelief.  When we renew our mind, we're training ourselves to think the thoughts of the Spirit of God, by His Word.  Thinking of ourselves with a carnal mind, is in direct opposition to what God has done for us in Christ Jesus.  If we don't renew our minds,then we will continue thinking of ourselves as being unrighteous and unworthy before God, which could lead to our opposing God's Promises and living "as mere men and women."  Rom. 8:7 (Amp) says, "That is because the mind of the flesh with it's carnal thoughts and purposes, is hostile to God for it does not submit itself to God's Laws: indeed it cannot."

     We will never see ourselves as being new creations in Christ Jesus, without renewing our carnal and flesh mind.  If we're "yet in sin," then we're forgiven and not new creations.  If we're only forgiven, then God must forgive us on a daily basis.  There is no more sacrifice for sin.  If we believe we need to offer works and sacrifices in order to receive God's forgiveness, then what was the cross for?  We're not just forgiven sinners, but we're new creations and if we're new creations, then we don't have a past filled with sin.  Jesus wiped our sins away.  We can't be sinners and the righteousness of God, at the same time.  One is the thought of a carnal mind, while the other is the thought of the mind of Christ.  The carnal mind has no faith in God.  If we don't renew our minds, then we can't walk in faith of God's Promises and receive answered prayer.

     If we don't renew our minds, then we will oppose the Promise of being "made righteous in Jesus," along with the other Promises made for the righteous children of God.  Our faith in God's Power to keep His Promises and having Rest in Him, comes from thinking and living by the Word and God's Spirit.  We can't be carnally minded and ruled by our senses.  We must begin walking by the dictates of the Spirit, in order to walk above the condemnation of the flesh.  If we live under such condemnation of the flesh, we'll never develop faith in God's Promises for us, because His ears are always open to the cries of the righteous.  If we don't know we're righteous in Him, then we won't develop faith or hope that God will answer our prayers.  It becomes more wishing, than believing.

     We're not righteous, because we feel righteous.  We're righteous, because we've been made new creations, who are righteous with Jesus' Righteousness.  We must humbly submit ourselves to this Truth, by faith in the Grace that created us in this manner.  This Grace comes from God's Love for us.  Remember, "For God so Loved the world that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him might have everlasting Life."
