2Cor.5:11(Amp) says, "Therefore, if any person is ingrafted in Christ Jesus (the Messiah), he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old previous moral and Spiritual condition has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come."
Many have made Jesus our Savior, but He is also to be our Lord. We're required to do like Jesus says to do. There are many things that don't sound "Spiritual," but are maybe the most important displays of His Lordship. Eph.5:9-12(Amp) says, "For the fruit (the effect, the product) of Light, or the Spirit, consists in every form of kindly goodness, uprightness of heart and trueness of life. And try to learn in your experience what is pleasing to the Lord, let your lives be constant proof of what is most acceptable to Him. Take no part in and have no fellowship with the fruitless deeds and enterprises of darkness, but instead let your lives be so in contrast as to expose and reprove and convict them. For it is a shame even to speak of or mention the things that such people practice in secret."
Making Jesus our Lord, is practicing what might seem to be carnal and it requires yielding to God's Word and His Spirit, in order to accomplish these things. We've been taught today, to simply accept what the world thinks and says is "right." Is.5:20-21(Amp) says, "Woe to them who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and prudent and shrewd in their own sight."
Today's Church has seemingly accepted the changing the meaning of words. We're no longer supposed to address one another as "Brother" or "Sister," because it's insulting to refer to others according to our gender. We're being taught things that change the meaning of the Truth of God's Word into a lie, without noticing. We are denying the Lordship of Jesus Christ, when we make what He said and did, as though it means nothing.
The crazy things the world is entering into, aren't political, but demonic. People are being used by principalities and powers to deny and pervert the Truth of God's Word. Our children are being taught Critical Race Theory in America's schools, which is the opposite of what God's Word and the Lord commissions in the Commission given to the Church. We are called to be "one in Him, both Jew and Gentile, male and female, bond or free, are all one in Him." The world is teaching things that will undermine the Truth in Jesus, just like Isaiah, by the Holy Spirit, prophesied so long ago.
The Church has been reluctant to speak up about how today's politics are secular and carnal, but things that oppose the Truth aren't political according to Eph.6:12(Amp), which says, "For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood (contending only with physical opponents), but against despotisms, against the powers, against the master spirits who are the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly supernatural sphere."
It makes common sense that if God uses people to speak and preach His Word, then satan would use people to speak and preach his words and perform his agenda. We're not at war against the people, but against the spirits behind the ungodly agenda which is putting people in bondage and fear. This isn't politics, but Spiritual warfare that the Church seems to be ignore. The cancel culture is trying to cancel Jesus, so that people won't come to Him.
If we speak out against this ungodly agenda today, then we become a target for reproach, even in some Christian circles. We never closed our church, like others did, because I decided that Jesus was more critical to people than casinos or abortion clinics. Some followed the science and mandate of politics, while other were encouraged to walk where their faith was. If someone wished to stay home or wear a mask, then we encouraged them to do so. We encouraged them to do what they think God would have them do though and not the enemy. The Lord calls for unity of the Spirit. If might surprise us to know that satan calls for the same thing, in his kingdom of darkness.
America isn't facing just "politics as usual," but a demonic invasion trying to remove God from our nation and her people. This is what the above scripture is speaking of and is the Commission Jesus gave to the Church, by the Authority in the Name and Lordship of Jesus. The world doesn't have the authority to remove unclean spirits, but the Church does. If we don't make the stand against these and cater to the world, then it will spread like wildfire throughout our nation.
Paul writes in Rom.12:2(Amp), "Do not be conformed to this world (age), fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs." The Body of Christ is in danger of becoming more and more like the world, by adapting to and being fashioned after the world's customs and way of thinking. We don't set our minds on the way the world views things, but we're to judge the customs, by the way God sees them.
What does the world say about abortion? Does God's Word support what we've accepted and made legal where abortion is concerned? Do we conform to cancel culture and remove or conceal parts of the Word that offend those who refuse to accept Jesus and His way of thinking and being right? How does the Critical Race Theory fit into God's Word about becoming one and no longer Jew or Greek, male or female, bond or free? We are all one Body. The world doesn't conform or believe God's Word, but the Church should, instead of accepting and adapting to what the world says.
When cultural things change in the world, God's people aren't to judge these things by the world's standards, but by the standards of God's Word. We won't make disciples or change anything, if we agree with the world's view. We just become part of the problem. Where is the Church or those who stand against the things being taught in our schools?
The Church should stand and make our voices heard, against many of these things. We don't need to be obnoxious, but we do need to at least let others hear the Truth of God's Word. Jesus asked, "Why do you says to Me, Lord, Lord, and do not the thins I have said?" We're not called to be like the world, but to be like the Lord. There are more than enough Christians in this nation, to change our politics and leaders, when we united in prayer, vote and pray for righteous leaders. God will supply the right leaders, like He's always done, according to the hearts of His people, according to 2Chron.7:14(Amp), where God says, "If My people, who are called by My Name." God didn't say "If everyone." God says that "If His people pray, then He will hear our prayers and heal our Land." Are His people making a stand and voicing His Word in prayer?
