Genesis 1:26-28 (Amplified) says, "God said, Let Us (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), make mankind in Our Own Image (after Our Likeness), and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the (tame) beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. So God created man in His Own Image, in the Image and Likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. And God Blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful (multiply) and fill the earth, and subdue it, using all its vast resources in the service of God and man; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth."
This is the Original Intent and Plan, God had for His family. This Plan is still being carried out for all who receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. When we were born-again, we became new creatures, according to 2Corinthians 5:17 (Amplified), which says, "Therefore, if any person is ingrafted in Christ (the Messiah), he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old previous moral and spiritual condition has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!" We've only understood the new creation by our carnal minds, instead of the mind of Christ, so we've missed the Truth that we're already being made in the Image of the Last Adam, Jesus.
The Holy Spirit inspired Paul to reveals that our natural bodies are already dead by our association with Jesus' death on the cross, fulfilling the Law of Sin and of Death in those who accept Jesus. The entire penalty for sin has already been paid in full and God's Blessing and Intent for His family, is as though Adam had never failed. Thus, Paul writes in Romans 6:3-5 (Amplified), "Are you ignorant of the fact that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? We were buried therefore with Him by the Baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the Glorious Power of the Father, so we too might habitually live and behave in newness of Life. For if we have become one with Him by sharing a death like His, we shall also be one with Him sharing His Resurrection by a new life lived for God."
The wages of sin is death and even in our natural bodies, we are dead by His crucifixion and are raised with Him in Resurrection into this new creation. Hebrews 9:27 (Amplified) says, "And just as it is appointed for all men once to die, and after that the judgment. EVEN SO it is that Christ, having been Offered to take upon Himself and bear as a burden the sins of many once and once for all, will appear a second time, not to carry any burden of sin nor to deal with sin, but to bring to full salvation those who eagerly (constantly and patiently), waiting for and expecting Him."
By the Law of Sin and of Death, our "time to die" is the death Jesus suffered on our behalf and we died with Him when we accepted Jesus as our Lord. As far as the Father is concerned, our natural bodies are now already dead by our union with Christ and have been dealt with legally in the court of God's Justice. These bodies that were once alive to sin, but dead to Righteousness, have become a new creation and the temple of the Holy Spirit. 1Corinthians 6:19 (Amplified) says, "Do you not know that your body is the Temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received as a Gift from God? You are not your own."
Our "appointed time to die" came when we made Jesus Lord of our lives. We died with Him, were buried with Him, were raised a new creation with Him and we are judged with Him. Sin was adjudged, death was judged, our trespasses were judged, and since Jesus was justified in the Spirit and found to be without fault and righteous, we received the same judgment that He did, because we are created in Him. God can now bring us back to Himself, as new creations who are without sin or death, in Jesus. This is God's Grace, mercy, Love and heartbeat for His children.
We've made the same mistake as those Jesus spoke to in John 8:18-19 (Amplified). They asked Jesus, "Where is this Father of Your's?" Jesus answered in Verses 18-19, "I am One of the two bearing testimony concerning Myself, and My Father, Who sent Me, He also testifies about Me. Then they said to Him; Where is this Father of Yours? Jesus answered, You know My Father as little as you know Me. If you knew Me, you would know My Father also." The men who questioned Jesus, had been in covenant with God for many years. They knew the Law of Moses and had heard about God, for many years. They "knew" God, but they did not "know" the Father. Jesus portrayed God in a Light they had never seen or heard of God doing or being. God hadn't changed and it had always been His Intent to Bless and keep His covenant. Man had changed and forgotten the prophets and the Promises God made about sending the Messiah to restore His family back to Himself.
Many in today's Church "know" God, but have forgotten that He is now "Father." God doesn't deal with us like He did in the old covenant. He doesn't deal with us from the outside-in, like those under the Law, but He deals with us from the inside-out as new creation family under Grace. He is the Same God, but has a different relationship with His people. Most of us have been taught or heard, all sorts of mixed doctrines about the Father and His family. As far as God is concerned, all the judgments that followed sin and death, have now been met in Jesus. God doesn't deal with the new creation people as sinners, but as those who are now pure, righteous, holy, and just, in Jesus. Our natural bodies are His temple and our spirits have been resurrected in Jesus now and we're back in God's Original Intent for His family. He is potent in our growing, merciful in our mistakes and ever Loving in our relationship with Him.
We sinned, we died, were judged and now our judgement is the cleansing of the Blood of the One Who died, was judged and found to be without sin and is Righteous before God, on our behalf. The sin, death, judgment, unrighteousness and fallen natures were put on Him, so we might be the Original Intent of God's heart and be His family again. We are "in Him and what He is, we are also," according to 1John 4:17-18 (Amplified), which says, "In this union and communion with Him, Love is brought to completion and attains perfection with us; that we may have confidence for the day of judgment with assurance and boldness to face Him, because as He is, so are we in this world." John writes to those who are fearful of God's punishment in Verse 18, saying, "There is no fear in Love, dread does not exist; but full grown, complete, perfect Love turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! for fear brings with it the thought of punishment and so he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of Love, is not yet grown into Love's complete perfection."
Jesus told those around Him in the above scripture that, "If You knew Me, you would know My Father also." Many have failed to see God, through Jesus' earthly ministry. We struggle with "knowing" God's will, His healing, His forgiveness, His Love and His way of dealing with us today. If Jesus didn't do it, then God doesn't do it. Jesus never put sickness on a person, in order to teach them something. He taught them by His Word and His deeds of Love. Sickness was a product of the Curse and Jesus taught the Blessing. This is the Father.
so."
